Buk, it's not 5kT and 5kT and 5kT April, May, June. The wet commissioning was competent 10th May instesd of a monthbearlier so it's approx 5kT, May, 10kT June and 10Kt every other month until they ramp up to 20K ton a month on double shifts.

Baosteel offtake agreement was signed 4th March. The first 5k which was due end of April has now been amended into 15K due by end of June due to a month's delay with plant commissioning and optimisation.

Thought you had studied mining companies for a decade? Then you would know that the lag between an offtske agteement being signed and forst deliveries being made is usually up to a year or more. Marula are currently around 6 weeks late woth thwir first 5K delivery. Nothing to get worked up about is it...

Check out this graph from 2023. Graphite miners with resource size (million tonnes) = bubble size converted I to co tained graphite, graphite % and finally market cap/contained graphite. GROC have 20% graphite which puts them over the top of the left hand scale = the highest; and total contained graphite of 5MT (25MT/20%), market cap ox $10m /5MT contained graphite gives them a CG/EV of $2 on the bottom axis which is one of the very best value companies

"pleased to announce additional assay results of copper concentrate samples from the Kinusi Copper Mine ("Kinusi") in the Mpwapwa District of Tanzania's Dodoma Region. These results follow the Company's announcement on 31 January 2025, regarding the initial Kinusi assay results. The assays were taken during a recent site visit by representatives of a European-based global commodity group, have again confirmed the high-grade copper content of the 'ready for sale' material stockpiled.

The assays were completed by SGS Tanzania Limited ("SGS") at their facilities in Tanzania, on mined and processed copper taken from the Kinusi No. 4 Open Pit in January 2025 and which reported an average grade of 19.72% copper. Individual assay results of the seven samples were 22.56%, 20.87%, 22.10%, 18.60% 14.78%, 21.46% and 19.64% copper.

The samples were taken from the mined, processed and already bagged saleable copper concentrates at Kinusi and were selected by representatives of one of the Swiss-based global commodity trading groups, during their site visit in late January 2025."

You have scored up all the projects and Kilifi with an offtake with the largest steel producer in the world gets zero. And Kinusi with assays over 2p% copper scores zero. Strange system you got going on there when ARS with an IRR of 17 at today's copper prices scores so much higher 🤔

Yet there are only £9k worth of trades over at ARS vs £80k at Marula.

ARS near term catalysts? Fu ding y.which has been on the horizon for 5+ years then some big dilution to lay for the project.

Kinusi has been producing DSO for a decade without marula via Takela mining who were operating as an artisinal miner. Kinuso phase 1 will produce DSO at larger scale and automated (cheaper and more consitent). This will range between 20 and 30% copper. This material along with fine rejects will then be fed into the phase 2 cathode plant at a later date (once metalurgical and design studies have been competed)

ARS taken 10 years because they keep needing to redesign the plant as its too expensive as its 10p miles out in the jungle

How long did it take your favourite share ARS to get into production? Oh wait, they spent $50m already and still 2 or 3 years away from first revenue and their profits will be smaller than Marulas? Haha now I know why you are so interested! 👍👍👍👍

December 2023 Kinusi phase 1 was supposed to be a stand alone plant

February 2024 Jana Van Wyk joined Marula and carried out a full report (she is a copper360 ex employee who developed a copper cathode plant)

Matula only had accreditation to £2m development and working capital from AUO in 2024 and in tandem acquired and brought on Kilifi which is about to become the cash cow

Here is the latest phase 1 + phase 2 kinusi copper plant design. Sorry to disappoint but Marula share count has not ballooned over their 3 years in existence and we can't develop 3 or 4 projects in tandem without access to capital.
