So, the three musketeers have emptied their piggy banks and bought a few more.
Clearly there sending us a subliminal message (was that a contradiction in terms?) that there close in getting a ‘license’ to kill.
Sorry about that attempted joke, I sword I’d never attempt to tell that one.
All for one and one (or to be exact...11 million) for all!
After all these months and your reply this morning Chirps, guess what just landed in my inbox?
Here we go.....
Calidus/Keras

Dear
Further to our recent conversation.
I can confirm that the Calidus shares have been settled and are now tradeable on your account. As we can only trade Australian securities
over the phone you will need to call the Dealing Services Team on 0345 373 3479 between the hours of 8am-5pm to place an order. The
usual £29.95 telephone dealing fee and fx charge will apply.
If you have any further queries, please feel free to contact us.
Yours sincerely
Dealing Services
Coincidence? Hmmm
Not me Chirps. I have all three (normal, SIPP and ISA) accounts, I have CAI in SIPP and ISA and even though they’re showing in those accounts, I STILL do not physically have them to trade.
I assume when you say you can trade yours, the ones you’re referring to are the handouts ‘given’ to us in November as a result of holding KRS?
If so, I’m perplexed as to why some A J Bell account holders can trade their CAI shares, whilst others cannot.
Let me know and I’ll take this up with A J Bell.
Cheers
It’s got past words now Monty.
Lockdown or no lockdown, I’m going down there with me baseball bat.
I would check with them on the ‘sell’ button, the fact you have that there means nothing.
I had the same and assumed I had the shares....nope, wrong conclusion.
Double check Monty, as the ‘sell’ button is just generic and allows others who have bought in a normal trade, to sell.
Well I just got another reply to my question “what the effing hell is going on Mr A J Bell?”
This is their reply, unbelievable.....
‘ Thank you for your message.
Further to my previous message, our Settlements Team have advised that the Calidus shares that were sent to Australia at the start of
April as per my latest update, were lost by Royal Mail. The team are currently working on getting new deposits sent as soon as possible
with a different courier to Australia. Once the shares have been sent it should take another 2-4 weeks for them to be deposited. However,
this may take longer due to current global circumstances.
As soon as I have more information I will send a further update.
If you have any further queries, please feel free to contact us.’
Pabs, I’d be interested to know when you got your CAI shares physically (tradable) in your account with A J Bell.
I also thought I’d now got mine, but apparently not....
‘Thank you for your message, I hope you're well.
The deal button is available because this stock is currently tradeable outside of the Corporate Action event, for other customers.
Unfortunately, the shares are still not settled within your account. I have reached out to our Corporate Actions Team to provide a further
update, as soon as they get back to me I will send another secure message.
If you have any further queries, please feel free to contact us.’
So there we have it, six months on and STILL no shares....disgraceful
You were very lucky then Pabs, I’m with A J Bell and even though the value of the Calidus shares was showing in my SIPP and ISA, I couldn’t trade them because they were still not physically in my account.
I won’t bore everyone else with the numerous exchanges I had with them trying to understand when I would actually receive the shares, but I have now JUST received them in my account as the ‘deal’ option against the shares is now available on both my accounts.
Mind you, I did email them Friday just to double check that I do now actually possess the shares!
Still awaiting a reply.
Here you go a new (lip and chin bum fluff) Mr Reeves interview....

Never heard a second of it as I was intrigued also by the half size eyebrows (perhaps he shaved the other half and glued it to the top lip & chin)
I have registered my own personal offer of help.
"Please bring me inside if funding is needed, I am happy to sign anything needed to do that, I can help and there are other shareholders who could also help, if it avoids a bucket shop placing. I assume you would also investigate a business interruption loan, but the banks seem to be playing quite tough on that."
Reply from Russell:
"Much appreciated for the offer to help and I will certainly involve you if required."
As we really can't use BBs for open detailed discussion, can I suggest those who would be prepared to help contact Russell directly russell@kerasplc.com.
Please can someone post on other BBs.
Bass,
The scenario where KRS would need the funding would be if there is a long delay in granting the licence. I have always been convinced it is a matter of when not if.
Much to my surprise Mn ore price has risen strongly this week and the sooner we get the licence and start digging the better for us all.
Ayup, Andee checking in.
Thanks for your concerns chaps, all good here thanks.
Stay safe all, meanwhile a little light entertainment in these strained times...

That bit of Spanish Prop reminded me of a Spanish guy I met in the multi storey car park in Leeds.
He was in a bit of a panic as he couldn’t locate his vehicle.
I took him on each floor until eventually we found it.
His name?.....Carlos
