I went yesterday @josh & the ice cream is amazing.. & 227 calories 500g compared to 1250 Calories Hagan Dasz. The MP Ice cream has the Whey Isolate.. The Iceland was pretty rough I was glad to get outta there not sure why they don’t upgrade them as very tatty.. Only 4 ice creams left when I went I got 3 for £10 they are so gooood..

Yes also suffered when I looked at the figure in my ‘Barclays Smart Investor’ when we hits 33p I felt Far from smart losing £150k+!! But I believed in THG also Moulding unlike many & kept buying the Buys in the 30’s lowered my average massively & now in profit.. GLA LTH ‘Hold the Line this has a long way to Run’..

I used to work for Travelbag & Kuoni back in the day @investing so can definitely help. Hanoi great city don’t rush it lots of good day trips and amazing bars/restaurants. Best tip you must stay in the old quarter near the lake. The 1/2 nights Halong Bay Cruise it’s beautiful. Then Fly to Danang possibly 2 nights in Danang but it’s the gateway for Hoi An it is a stunning UNESCO town anazing bars restaurants also it’s the best beach stopover. Beach hotels 2 miles from town. Then fly Saigon (Ho chi) busier more Western but good fun.. The Apocalypse Now Bar.. I’d fly into Hanoi out of Ho chi or vice versa internal flights in between. Hope that helps if you got longer I know a few more places. Cheers
