The disposal, is subject to the South African Competition Commission approval. This is likely to be 90 days or so. There is no mining licence involved so it may be a little earlier. Assuming the transaction is completed in say October or November then Jubilee will have the profits, or losses from the South African operations until that date.

The resolution to approve the Proposed Disposal at the meeting was passed with the requisite majority of votes. Of the total votes cast, 97.38% voted in favour of the resolution. The votes cast represented 43.2% of the Company's total voting rights.
