Absolutely. The company is cashflow positive. Any money raised is to specifically to increase bopd through more drilling. This is exactly what investors want to see.

We are trading at all time lows with multiple deals in the portfolio and plenty more to come

Seller is no longer about, they clearly just wanted to cash in on the transaction value rather than continue to hold stock. Makes sense as CIZ didn’t pay them for the stake instead gave them free shares. It was probably done at 4p because they knew they would maybe have the opportunity to realise the cash value at 2.5-3p if that was the case.

I don’t really see what the issue is. At these levels it remains a very strong buy.

It’s easy to be negative at the lows. The results are in the past, the new CEO is aggressively cutting costs and turning the ship around. This year will be a big turnaround year for the company

They are cashed up at 1p and due to move onto Main Market standard list in April

It’s normal for retail to sell the lows though so good luck

I would say its priced in at all time lows here. The company recently raised £2m at 1p and is on an upward trajectory now. The move onto standarfd list shortly should bring in more liquidity and i would expect to see a nice turnaround play from here

Discount of 40% from the 1p placing is a decent place to build swing longs. Mcap is tiny

I think in next week or so. That should bring fresh liquidity andf interest as Aquis is a bit of a liquidity graveyard

Obvious bad luck listing right as Russia invaded Ukraine... That being said largely irrlevant when it comes to SWC. They are unique as they are the ony company with a growing licence for Medical Cannibis in UK other than GW Pharma who are a multi billion dollar firm.

The future looks very bright and some big institutional money has back this at 165p

EGM is waste of time. Won't go through and just causing unneccessary distraction. This is a decent turnaround play and the board are in a strong position to really see some huge upside in the months ahead. Cashed up at 1p and have exclusive Ebay UK deal which is fantastic. Upside is good from here

It will likely make its move on a better day for global markets

The RNS is fantastic along with the previous few RNSs. CIZ is in a mega strong position and the future looks absolutely huge for the company

The reality is that this is where the big money is made... Buying crazy cheap companies like CIZ who are fundamentally very strong but are left hugely undervalued due to a general risk off enviorment across the board

When that changes this will multibag quickly
