Price action is very telling. I think we will get a TR1 soon. Maybe even this week. Could be a nice 50%+ upside bounce from here when that happens

Agree Mcap less than the £12m cash in bank. They have loads going on and are in a very unique position. I expect this to explode from the 1p lows imminently

Nice to see funds being raised and used for value adding purposes. Would have been nice to open it up to retail investors via primary bid.

Agreed. Expect to see some newsflow and PR kick in soon. Trading at a substantial discount to cash in bank won’t take much to move it

Yep if Atlas have forward sold stock they no longer have access to, it’s unsurprising they are trying to still get it

There may well come a point they throw in the towel and they try buy the stock back in the market thus creating a bit of a short squeeze ;)

I hope for their sake that they haven't forward sold their stock before converted... Their facility was paid off and settled first thing this morning. So they no longer have any shares to convert. Opps

Thats a positive not a negative. Its not a CLN

Mercuria have a asset backed debt facility with VAST as they believe in the long term growth story. They also have an option to take an equity stake in the company as well should they wish to. They aren't some death spiral flipping machine, they have asset back debt so the only reason they would take the equity as well is if they want more long term exposure to the company.

Its a positive if you have half a brain lol

Today is the day we convert dilutive funding into Asset backed long term funding

We can now start to see some longer term value for shareholders

I do think we can see 5p+ over the summer as production is ramped up

Their holding in Block ($SQ) bounced hard last night after a sustained period of dropping. So I expect we see a decent bounce here today into next week

We bottomed at 0.85p when distressed seller of a few million was taken out. It wasn't Gavin. He has either sold earlier or is holding.

There should be no more sellers in this zone. Proper capitulation move after IPo at 5p. Crazy really

Given mcap is £9m and their cash balance is £11-£12m then its a proper no brainer, especially when zero value is attributed to their scientific team, clinical trials, assets and management team.

I expect to see 2p+ again fairly soon
