If you look on companies house no warrants or extra shares have been issued, I also can’t see a block listing RNS stating when the company has to notify of any warrants exercised within that. So I suspect they haven’t been exercised yet.

As an example there was a £62k unknown delayed trade volume printed on the 9th which didn’t move the SP ie the SP never reacted. (These were the exact amount of two recent warrant blocks being exercised in December). If that size of trade was a buy or sell the SP would have going on the sort of volume traded per day after the rise to the 0.3 level. So the only explanation I have is that its a transfer, now as I’m only an amateur so the only other explanation I can come up with is that within the Lynchwood Nominees account where Icam have there stash is that these unknown trades could possibly be a buy/sell to someone else within a nominee account. Can you offer any other explanations?

What’s happening until here between now and April? The SP had a break on the way up around this level so might provide some support, although the Macd lines have crossed which is usually not great.

Without these grey unknown delayed trades volume is very low City. As nobody seems to know what these trades are, buys or sells and with the sp not reacting to them I suspect they are just transfers from one account to another. I don’t see them as millions of shares getting bought up. Is the reason it’s stayed at 0.3 because they’ve now got funds unlike when the sp was at 0.045 with no funds? When’s this launch for q2 happening?

Exactly the same amount as the latest two warrant exercises @0.0015 bringing in £62,327 on the 4th and 5th of December, make what you will of that.

Back to MOS, me bashing MOS all the time is a fallacy RT. Dreamt up by overactive minds to suit their own narrative. Although if you look back at the last revenue figures(post IGS) it’s shocking after all the statements from ME about Jio,Voda,China,NFT’s,Quanta,Livescores,Gfin,unpaid loans, no more cash raises followed by cash raises etc along with the decline in the SP over that time. Any bashing is and was relevant on that performance no one can argue that point. It’s now in the past and MOS move forward, although it shouldn’t be forgotten. So on to this new venture, as I’ve said before, it’s yet to be proven with financial results, the SP has risen but why do people think this has turned a corner with no information that it has? Why was the launch of Bet for Q2 then it changed to testing then onboarding of VIP’s? It takes as little as 4 weeks according to WAtech. What’s happened to Talk, will that go down the same route? Lots of operators in the same sector, what sets Estadio apart? Asking questions isn’t bashing its asking questions.

Two massive £60k delayed sell’s printed yesterday from Monday, SP movement ………. nothing.

You would think a buy like that would move this SP with such low liquidity, wonder why it doesn’t. Maybe someone has a billion shares to offload. Who knows?
