I don’t see it as nearly oversold at present that would warrant an RSI of around 30 so pretty neutral at the moment around the 45 mark but the Macd/signal lines are still trending downwards along with the SP after the crossover 3 weeks back. Didn't they give themselves a longer timeline for the SPAC with the RSU’s, end of 25 and U.K. production end of Q2? Personally I wouldn’t expect the SPAC until a lot later in the year.

Capital Media Sports also owns 18.08% of the Mexican betting company, Bet, in which the Company has an existing 25.87% interest. The extra 12.5% of Capital Media Sports would give MOS a new total holding of 29.94% of the betting entity. If the call option was exercised this would take the MOS holding to 42.12%.

What I’m wondering is why would they need to buy 74.13% of Estadiogana when they already own 29.94% as stated by the binding term sheet on the 20/3/25 after immediately purchasing an extra 12.5% of CMS. Also why didn’t MOS go down the call option route with CMS to gain a ‘bet’ holding of 42.12%? Wasn’t that a lot cheaper,so less dilutive?
