Pre has the Angolan sovereign wealth fund as a 22% shareholder in their company. That shows alot of commitment to the company and its assets.

They may have one eye on a future placing next year in which case the sp needs to be back above 11 or 12p. A bit of marketing and this share will fly as its a real value play. You have to remember those that were in the placing won't be happy at the minute. They have been stuck in the share at a loss.

- Very low risk (95% CoS) development well spud planned early Q4.
- Independent auditor RISC estimates 34.3mmbls (2C) recoverable at 40k bopd.
- 70% of gross cumulative cash flow will be recovered in first 2 years.
- ADV’s 50% stake will yield annual net cash flow of c.$187m at $60/bbl - this leads to impressive project IRRs of 106%.
- The light grade oil 53 API demands a minimum $2 premium over Brent.
- Tennyson report values barrels in the ground at $12.2/bbl, equating to a net unrisked value of $209m (12.6p/shr) and risked Total NAV of 8.0p/shr.
- THIS IS BASED ON $50/bbl, vs current Brent of $75/bbl and some forecasts of $100/bbl during 2022
- The economic model shows Buffalo profitable with oil down at $30/bbl.
- Well development CAPEX of c.$125m will be raise 70% debt 30% equity

thats a great move upwards from its 10p listing on xmas eve last year. Absolutely phenomenal. if you look at the results though this company is not worth a 44 mill market cap

500k buys v 180k sells and ask is still at 117.

if they are rasing less than 25% of the market cap then they don't need a resolution

Just a point to note, spa's are not straightforward, you are at the mercy of lawyers and small print. I assume they will almost be there and am praying for an rns shortly.

As for LC I never invested in KG or Kibo because to me there is nothing about those companies where I thought the sp would move significantly. This stock is different. If they get their house in order this will move, i really do believe that. I know a little about the reserve power market and its very lucrative. Lets see how we get on

But.....the term ahead of schedule was lifted from the rns and not my own words either.

I also took a look at Clarke energy and to be fair they are not a micky mouse outfit , it appears from their website that they are seasoned operators for the development of such assets.
It is just a little annoying seeing people bash this stock day in day out , when actually if everything sticks to plan i really do feel the sp will motor.
Its clear the spa is slightly delayed but in my experience if it is not a major delay they won't try to explain it away in an rns, it serves no purpose.
Onwards and upwards , just hoping for an rns on the spa soon !! and of course thank you for replying in such a nice manner

I am sure the spa will form a different rns. I am not quite sure how effective rns' are that simply say....nothing to report. It has to be imminent in my opinion otherwise they would have had to have explained why there was delay.
In the round all the ingredients are in place for a move, i think to mid 20's which is what the broker thinks too.

Have you seen what is happening in the construction world at the minute? massive costs overun and huge delays, for the company to have this project proceeding on time ( i dont consider a few days a delay) is nothing short of a miracle. Well done to the mast team, at Mast a flury of buys this am . this share will tick up, I have a reasonable sized holding and could have easily sold out at 16p but this will go higher.
