JG68 - What worries me is, if BOD decide quick way to finance the balance sheet is by placing with the funds. Funds will get the shares, they needs to buy and company gets the money. In all PI's will be well and truly screwed. It happened with Metro Bank few years ago.

Spacman and other who have been posting C.R.A.P like - From all the comparable deal data, Synairgen assets should be worth several hundred millions to a BP. I've already said £400m as my best guess, which is loose change to a BP, and in an auction the FOMO around a unique host-directed multi-viral should surely get it there...? At £400m, if it fails, then that level of investment loss by a BP is not significant in the context of their P&L.

Now if that was truth don't you think BP would make an offer and it will be accepted by all parties, including TFG

Say the offer was 450 Million, that would be almost £2 a share, who wouldn't accept that.

Not everyone wants to buy cheap stuff, that you wear once and it falls apart. Customers will pay more for quiality, as Next has shown.

Not sure why people are so worried about the shorts. Think of the following

1. Shorts need to buy back around 55 million shares at some stage.

2. Company has the working capital for the time being.

3. Company is loaded with Work

4. BOD has said they will sort out the funding, one way another.

So why the feck people are obbessed with shorters, more the marrier

1. How much premium do shorters pay to borrow the shares.

2. As the SP goes up, do brokers ask for more funds to cover the increase.

3. How much time do the borrowers have to pay back the shares

Happy NY to All. No investment is risk free, important thing is try and limited the paper losses. I was well under water with Novacyt, but have managed to avg down to around 90P. I believe when we win the dispute, sp will be around £2.50 to £3, which will make me decent profit. No doubt we will be T/O target, with money in the bank and have products, which are being sold around the world. The only thing worries me is the clueless BOD. If you like a reasonable sound tip Please DYOR, would PFC. It went down to around 17p, due to short attack. BOD released excellent RNS and it jumped to 40p in 2 days. I have little holding around 71K shares and expect SP to be in the region of 80 to 90p. Please be aware I am a gambler, as HC and other LTH will tell you. My aim is to buy new F Pace, with profits from here.

And worst Synairgen down 89% and EUA 87%

My star buys are PFC - up 46% and THG up 31%
