The JV news I find abit odd compared to the SP. 7th of may entered the $5M JV which as stated was more than the MCAP of BMV SP rose by like 15-20% I’m guessing the market wants to see it pass the permit hurdles then when very close to production that when the biggest gains will be

Presentation reads well, just about hitting the milestones set out and SP will do it thing. Experienced BoD CEO owns 10.8% of stock always good thing they’re aligned

Ok cheers I’ll have a read of that tonight. Like you said the only downside here then is just obtaining the permits the SP can either keep gradually go up to true value or possibly drop off if news is a long time away but long term I think this could be a winner if all falls into place

Is 2 years the time it will take for mine to be constructed? $2000 for gold in two years won’t be a problem I think gold will keep going up and up

I’m not invested yet but I think I will be tomorrow, I can tell by the recent charts it a little late but I still see great value in this just reading from recent RNS.

Key points for me:

Management invested $2M personally into the company.

Already have one JV and and 2 100% owned projects which to me seems like they are very confident of getting JV for these aswell for free carry.

The number are abit mind boggling so someone better in the know than me will know better but I can see a lot of value at I think a 10 mil MCAP with potential for 3 free carries on a gold and silver mine.

Can anyone put me straight on this if I’m missing any downside to this

Looking for long term investment and with this share, would you still get the future divi’s that are paid quarterly I think I read or was it you had to be in before it was announced?

We will see if there is anymore updates in the near future. I liked the Trading update which is why I bought in I haven’t liked the way the company has gone about it but time will tell fingers crossed for everyone

My average 13p pretty gutted about that.

I got to be honest, after what I thought was a very positive trading update I didn’t see this happening, thought it was going to be the turn around for the company.

Just why such a discount

I’ll wait for that seems like a good entry after the trading update
