Pozzolanic appointed Jaynee Sunita Treon as director on 15th January, 2026. Frequently new directors are appointed 6-12 months before a major strategic shift. I wonder if anything can be read into this appointment and it's timing. It is noteworthy that she has had many appointments. Director for hire scenario?
