Just wondered,
As I understood it based on the original number of issued shares of approx 150 the price calculation was FOR EXAMPLE £1 Billion divided by 150 which was approx £6.67 per share.
Now, the no.of issued shares is 165 which would calculate to £6.06 per share. So we get less?
Is that then down to the £87 million raised recently ?

Yes, Go to your online Synairgen Account. You will find an offer above your existing shares.
You will find an offer of a number of shares in either your H.L.Stocks & ISA Account or your Fund and Share Account ( or both ! )
Tick the 2nd box along on the r.h.s. ( it has a tick in it) You will see all the instructions there. You need to instruct them by latest noon on Wednesday 28th October. Also telephone number there if you have any problems. Good luck !

yes, when I open it is listed beneath above my current shares in my Synairgen ISA Account ( 330 units)and above my current shares in my Fund and Share Account ( 262 units)

Sorry for my delayed ignorance on this ( I've been installing a garden shed! )
In my Synairgen Account. I'm with H.L.
They are offering me 330 units in my ISA Account ( which is full so I can't use)
and 262 units in my Fund and Share Account which I would have to use.
On the day how much will it cost me ???
