I used to receive a newsletter called the IRS Report ( Independent Research Services ) They gave share tips etc.
I also received a course in Successful Personal Investing. Very interesting and comprehensive details.
Think they are down in Bourne End SL8 5RD. Also On Line.
Anyway, I just dug it out and there is a section " How to Use Technical Analysis" Mentions Support and Resistant Levels, How charts are built up, Head and Shoulders ( not the shampoo!) etc
I never had much time to study it when I was working, just followed their tips!
At one point I remember reading " actually you can be just as lucky selecting a share with a pin !
Don't get me wrong, it's a very good company. Try them.
