Yes as it was a loan and the repayment is at 43.96p. No mention in the RNS so is a little strange

Drew has to repurchase the 11m shares he sold to EFH 3 years ago this August for 44p a share, so it's in his interest to get the share price back to that level. Can't help thinking this must be related to his purchase today, given he is already in line for more free shares

I follow this company. Can’t believe what holders have been through, it’s awful.
That said, I’ve kept well clear here as it looked very iffy and Covid is an excuse for shorters also.
Do feel for LTHs. The company is the pits. The only other I know nearly as bad is TILS, who were listed on the LSE. So many sharks.
