Strewth this is not looking good ! I've been here since 2009 and just hope they can get through the downturn as I have sizable investment here.

I think the shaky state of the South African economy and the lack of leadership from Jacob Zuma might scare a few investors away.

All makes from grim reading, but there are Brokers still giving a target of up to 20 pence !

Remain firm don't be bullied do NOT accept the offer.

Just had a reply from my broker who were unable to give me any clear guidance so have decided not to sell.

Since 2010 I've accumulated just over 295.000 shares originally paying 35p and as I mentioned here before I averaged down but still paying mid 30's & 20's and later around 5p so in here for plenty. I need to speak to my broker for some advice but have appreciated the advice from this forum thank you.

Not wishing to be called a pessimist but it doesn't look they will come up with a higher offer. I've received a message from my broker with the information and the offer price so looks pretty final but I sincerely hope I'm wrong. Thanks for being so informative over the years just a terrible shame it had to end so badly and with so many of us licking our wounds. I think many people will be giving any investment in Kazakhstan a wide berth after this rip- off. Thinking it would eventually come good, I averaged down 15 times since my original purchase of 35p in 2010. Absolutely gutted but no choice but to take it on the chin.
