Slim let me know when you find an explorer become miner overnight I will sell up and invest now π€π€
Well we should hear news soon on the little tenement in the NW E47/4817
Green box presentation page 8
Great new addition seems to be a continuation of Sirius?
Its easy to confuse the tenement
Haul road status pending no objection
And main tenement E47/1633 ni objection RTN ongoing
Statuse pending
Yes Norm just checked the tenement is for E47/4817
Its the little piece of land in the NW we applied for Green box
Check presentation page 8
Agree upside this is how business is conducted legally, theres a lot of money involved here so all parties want to establish their entitlement
Your barking up the wrong tree my friends so far no thing changed-RTN ongoing
status :pending
Damo you might be getting mixed up here with the process
I agree if he wanted tooffload the lot then he would have worked an order in the same way he did when ARV sold their large holding.
Steel is a leading indicator just like copper and lumber for the global economy so should recover as macro conditions improve.
Meant Damo
CJ you think im a hacker π
iron ore

Haha bob your clueless as you clearly donβt understand what a RTO is .π€‘π€¦π»ββοΈ
Well smiller in hindsight yes , perhaps he was anticipating a big pay day for TMOR reverse takover but unfortunately it didnt go to plan.
repost from yesterday for those who missed it.
ok so as always i've been digging..... where? you may ask.
ive gained access into the official government of western australia department of mines, industry regulation and safety database.
this gives access to realtime data where one is able to see the progress of applications and information regarding these in more detail.
so to save you all from holding your breath everything is on track. this might be important considering rod sold a small chunk which is more likely because the proposed rto with tmor wasn't as smooth as he had hoped due to various external factors.
so here goes..
according to the database, the procedure for the tenement m47/1063 started on 05/05/2022
however, it was only referred to the native title on 07/09/2022 (which was the exact date rod was appointed!!!)
current status: rtn in progress (right to negotiate...with knac)
section 29 notification date: 30/09/2022
(section 29 the act requires that any relevant native title party, the registered native title body corporate, the aboriginal/torres strait island representative body, the national native title tribunal and the applicant be notified of the state's intent to grant a right to mine over land that is subject to native title)
grantee party sec 31 letter sent:12/10/2022
(a section 31 deed will also be executed by the grantee party, the native title party and a representative for the state= right to negotiate)
ilua statutory declaration required? no ( indigenous land use agreement ,,,, addressing compensation payments to the native title group, for example, non-monetary compensation such as employment opportunities or transfer of freehold lands)
this application is a section 67 conversion of part of e47/3954 which covers the whole tenement oiutside the red box see presentation p8
( section 67,holder of exploration licence to have priority for grant of mining leases or general purpose leases)
from the above information we can see why bill was booted out as he did not ensure the correct procudures as they should hence the delays .. its fair to say that rod did do his job and that he has proved himself to be deal maker and you can also add the mallina tenement renegotiation to that which grants us access to the great northern highway.
the current approval for the haul road is also pending....
rod was clearly confident since he lodged the applications himself enough that he invested over Β£500k shortly after.
yes, timelines have been stretched but i'm still confident this will go through.
its a lot of information to digest so hit me up anytime on twitter or telegram if you have any questions..

Thanks guys it was a little bit of a headache trying to gain acces to the database, norm you raised a very good point what ive realised is that Bill unfortunately missed a great opportunity to capitalise by hedging at higher iron ore prices hence Rod having to step in and sort things out, just like he said in the interview βiron ore is a simple proposition and you only get one shot these thingsβ
The BOD is aware of the potential hence their award incentive plan to get this over the line.
Share price wise we seem to bounce after every dip which indicates strong background buying perhaps those in the know are getting in cheap ,if we do get a bounce then thats our answer! If things go to plan this will be a cash cow and so no surprise many want as big of a slice they can get.
I will be posting images of the mineral titles online register for the tenements on telegram shortly for those that canβt register.

No loggy that would make it 42p
The 0 befor the . Is pounds or 100s
The 0 after the points is 10βs
And the 0 after is units below a penny
Correct me if Iβm im wrong but it seems that Megasteel were the ones who F**** over the BOD and they were left with no choice but to agree to those terms inorder to conclude the deal.
yes the deal could have been better but it seems the BOD were between a rock and a hard place.
Higher lows
