HI Abbey and welcome. You've picked two high-potential stocks that's for sure!
So, with likely 11Bn shares in issue, the market cap at 4p would be extremely high.
I would imagine that the bod may wish to do a consolidation here at some point as 0.065 of a penny is a slightly comical figure and big investors will never take that seriously. I would expect the same at SYME.
If we take other teeny investment companies as examples: FFWD has reached valuations in the £20M's. MTR is currently capped at £33M.
I would personally think that, with one further funding round in mid 2021, the company could achieve comparative valuations. So, with (an example of) 15Bn shares in issue that would be 0.2pish. A solid 2.5 bags from here in 12 months.
Let's be honest, though: AIM companies are NEVER judged on their investment values or NAV. They're valued on potential and hype. SYME is a good example: £130M valuation on revenues of what, £2M?
In the States, Tesla is valued at $300Bn despite never posting a profit.
So, with all that said and the success at AAA noted, 1p isn't completely ridiculous at all imo.
But my targets remain somewhat lower.
Best of luck and welcome aboard.
