Haha your funny! More chance of an Asteroid
Wiped out by what exactly?
Thanks for that. Be sure to update us again in 6 months.
Funny, SP has been around +10% since the update and the most stable it has been in a while at 3.60 ish. Yet now these 'experts' are coming on saying how bad things are as if we are talking about a penny stock on the brink of bankruptcy.
Ignore the noise, it will go away in time. 6 months till YE results
Hi Simon, I'm not going to go into your full message as I think as a typical bear you have a knack for always exagerating the negatives and massively downplaying the positives but on the CFO subject you make it sound worse than it is with regards to Sean Glithero. What I mean by that is that he was always appointed as 'Interim' CFO since the beggining and in fact was only meant to be at Asos for 6 months. The fact that he stayed double that, for almost a year, highlights to me that he needed to stay untill the company had started to show proof of the turnaround (HY results in this case) . Lets not forget he was bought in after both Matt Dunn and Nick Beighton abandoned ship at its peak just before everything was about to go downhill.
So I think him leaving and a new permanent one being appointed is actually very positive, regardless of the new ones backround. As others have said there are two ways to view that.
I take it he is too. Can smell a burning short from miles away..
Filtered..
I am in both RR (since 79p) and Asos as I saw them both as recovery plays. But my point is why arw you here when you clearly dont like the stock. Also 10 years downtrend? What stock is that? Cause it certainly isn't Asos.
In terms of the LSE board this one isn't even close to how bad others can be. But once again if you don't like it, leave :)
Hope you get the returns you are looking for elsewhere.
Mike I thought you were off to JD? What are you doing here if you don't see value in the company? Ah I guesd you are one of those that perfectly buys in at the bottom and sells at the top. Or only buys the successfully already turned-around stocks as a LTH (RR went up and down too). Go back to buying JD mate, you clearly don't like the update or this company. Oh and hopefully you've closed your short here too.. :)
Because it's in line with their guidance? Because this whole time they have literally been saying sales expected to drop in 2024% whilst cash increases and return to profitability? They have said return to growth in 2025 so this year is all about steadying the ship and increasing margins.
Honestly you either don't undsrstand what you are reading or are shorting trying to spread fear. This was a fantastic update.
But it has almost recovered to yesterdays' levels? That's a fact, not my opinion. As with the whole 'people won't be buying at £1 a pop', why are you purely focused on mask sales? It's the nano tech that is the winner here. As has been hinted in various other Rns', It's use can go far and beyond just masks. Even todays' RNS stated 'The original inclusion of copper nano-particles in a non-woven layer for the P2F masks has led to the development of two other products, also utilising the natural anti-viral properties of copper, with significant long-term target markets. Whilst there is no guarantee of success as these products are still in the development phase, the team are confident given the progress to date.
And in terms of C-19, saying it's well in control here is missing the point of this product and technology being Globally available. Covid affected more places than just the UK, I hate to break it to you. A lot of places are still suffering heavily, and vaccine rollout will take a lot longer than in the UK.
Also ' Nothing particularly positive has happened with RMS ever since'. I beg to differ as back in November no masks were being made, there was a completely different BOD (I wonder how BRH is doing, things are looking familiar over there) and RMS didn't have 5million raised waiting for utilisation and a strategic review.
At the end of the day time will tell, but you outright saying 'I'm Dreaming' etc is purely subjective and your opinion. If you don't agree with the happenings then don't invest, but generalising everything to just 'covid will be gone, there are no sales' is quite short sighted.
I find it funny how all the De-rampers are conveniently avoiding the fact that the SP has almost recovered to yesterdays levels (just 10% down) and has been hovering around the 1.4p mark for a while this afternoon. Goes to show the drop this morning was overdone probably as there was no 'miracle' NHS contract or Licensing deal announcement , however upon further digestion and thought of the RNS it seems like Pi's and the market overall is realising it was actually not all that bad. It's the first RNS in a while that mentions Volz as well as give some direction of what the company is doing. Shareholders asked for transparency of the on goings of the company, and IMHO a few topics were touched on that hadn't been addressed in a while. I feel like there is some good news due soon, but will need a bit of time. Whether it's going to 5x-10x I don't know, but can personally see a return to 3-5p levels once accounts are published, machine is fully functional and there is more concrete news regarding Volz.
Hey guys! Been invested in this share for a while and reading some messages on this board. It's good to finally see some good news albeit not in the best way (yes, an official statement would be better). I am sure more good news is on the way. Just wanted to say well done to all those who held and amazing detective work and the Italian company also has a facebook page you can have a look at :

Also in one of the comments under their post of the mask someone asks for availability and their response on the 18th of Feb is : we are currently out of stock. We will receive the new batch within ten days. They can be purchased directly from our site or via email. If you leave me a contact in pvt we will contact you as soon as possible. Soon they will also be in physical stores (pharmacies, supermarkets, shops etc ..)
There was also this article from end of Jan : https://www.weny.com/story/43237240/uk-chemist-develops-covid-19-killing-mask?fbclid=IwAR3fXRqtcAtbblfM8JZ2knoL8BY9cg9ZmFeW_TngiMIi7I-RP4d62fUeHiA#.YC6VrW8qTSM.facebook
Looks like word is truly getting out!
