I prefer "Cruel summer" as we are likely to experience one :-s
Great entertaining posting this morning SK and Blades! :-)
Yeah what do the experts make of it? Look at the gains on Tullow, Enquest and RKH.. 8-10% hmm.. it will have SK saying macrame etc!! Lol
Don't worry not you... when on topic (PMO) you're very definitely positively charged!
Strange we should have an anti-capitalist on a stock discussion forum... hmm. What's overlooked is whilst asleep we have advanced medical science, achieved space exploration and my colleagues in the Web Science Institute, Southampton delivered the Web - where we are now!
Anyway please can we get back to sleep and dream about PMO on this forum! :-)
Thanks Cash for another great grounding post presenting the realities of the situation at the moment :-)
I was thinking this board had a Depeche Mode sound track today, Everything counts..... ;-)
P.s. is Fugu the former "bitter fritz" aka SK? Thd dialogue is very familiar.
Cheers Happy!
It's never a dull moment following this board! I'm certainly trying my hardest to be around for a while... I'm so long on PMO now I have to be around for some years to see a return:-))
All at sea.
Thanks Rookie. As you will know, as a regular on here, I'm one of those cancer patients (diagnosed with terminal cancer this year - apparently 20years too early)
We all have our opinions on COVID informed to differing levels by our own research. Until medically retired 2months ago I worked in one of those areas conspirators disbelieve, academia. I'm now receiving treatment from one of the world's leading university hospitals for cancer care connected to my former University ... the irony!
Anyway let's not get in the way of more serious issues, the survival of PMO or not :-)

Hi Neon.
50-70p now feels a dream away... though sadly many long on PMO need £1+ :-(
I'm guessing changing funding and new fundamentals for the merged company have put pay to prices we saw in the good old days.

Thanks all! It would appear myself and TR are both sharing SK's canoe! Personally I'd prefer a bigger boat.. but that requires this share to turn around!
I'm staying strong and keeping things as normal as possible... I have to look after Olivia (not oil) my partner .. oil might be easier but I didn't day that! :-)
Cheers. Treatment is terrifying and often painful although arguably some of the best in the world at University Hospital Southampton- a world leader in cancer treatment. As I've mentioned before reading the banter on here is often something to keep the spirits up :-)
Likewise Bobster.. I have to be positive fighting myeloma . I do see a bigger bounce than 25p but then I do need a lot more... that will take serious positivity! :-)
Mr D. I dare not look at my average... it's a cruel nightmare! I need a big bounce as I'm long on this share aside a top up 2 months ago. Sadly I don't have the time to be too long so need a miracle, I'm guessing! :-(
LTT. Absolutely agree with your logical thinking!
Hi TR6.
It sounds like you're having to take the same route in life as me and max out the years remaining. As some of the regulars on here know I'll be breaking records to see pension age - I have multiple myeloma- apparently 20 years too early JUST MY LUCK! As is the fate of PMO just as I banked on it as contributor to some kind of early pension ... What is often cheering to read is the humorous banter on this board from both sides of the argument for its future - along with the generous sharing of informative insight from some posters.
All the best with grabbing the most from those years!!

Let's hope (no pun intended) the PMO board read your posting!
Thanks for your thoughts :-)
Hi Devon.
Noting you are long on PMO that demonstrates some confidence in the company, I'm guessing? As somebody who is also long(ish) 3-5years do you see PMO hitting the heady heights of a £1+ again or do you feel the rights issue will result in too much dilution of the value? I'd welcome your knowledgeable insight .
Regards.

SK, It's probably that comforting reassurance of our great medical professionals when you're fighting for your life ;-)
Unlike you I have the stress of riding out this storm with the recent share price crash.. I can only hope! I sadly missed the opportunity to cash out a chunk using profits from a top up when the share hit 53p a few weeks back :-(
All the best!
