Rosebank have confirmed that the CPM acquisition is now done. The MWI deal should be completede in the "next few weeks".

The move to the LSE Main Market should be complete in May, and with the Market Cap Rosebank should be added to the FTSE 250 Index at the next revision

I sold out of Filtronic returning 42% and was quite happy with that. Think I might sell out of Hvivo once I get to a reasonable return, its just a bit to much of my portfolio at the moment

Completely agree, the Div was so tiny it didn't really impact anything. Better to invest the money saved in the company. Like the diversification strategy. Agree Pinkertons presentation of the numbers was terrible, clearly did no prep and it almost felt like he had never seen the numbers until an hour before the presentation

Interesting positive SP uplift in the days since the Retail Offer. Too early for the latest 2 acquistions to have impacted it, think the move to the Main Market will generate further positive uplift, liking the potential here
