Well, given that Legion have just produced very strong trading figures and a profit, it would appear that the sp is at a really low level, and a rise could be expected. The market today is in a down mode, and nothing is certain, but, once the market has digested this update fellow investors ought to recognise value here. ATB

Completely accept that I didnt forsee the Placement, having had direct contact with the former FD there was no hint of any extra cash requirement. He has gone now, and a specialist in cash management has taken his place, perhaps the issue is credit control?? However, the gross over reaction of the market, plus more Lloyds selling, has created a bargain sp, one which I have taken advantage of, and intend to top up more as funds permit. GLA

You have previously been removed from LSE for following me around and making disparaging remarks about me, you have no idea what I am invested in. I ask you once and once only to stop, otherwise I will keep calling LSE. You cant breach their rules, so find another hobby. FYI with the recent performance of BARC leading the way, my pf is around 15% up on the year, dont expect you to believe it but it is the straightforward truth of the matter.

Happy to keep absorbing the Lloyds shares at a giveaway sp as much as funds allow. My pf has reduced this year from over fifty different shares in to the mid thirties, particularly lately. Always handy to have spare funds when bargains are to be had, it pays off, then later I will revisit some of the ones I have sold as they too go to the bottom of their cycle. Dont get it right every time but my year end report came with a comparison to market average performance, was chuffed to see I had almost doubled it. Happy days.

Nighthawk, thanks for your positivity, I am afraid we will both need it against the mockers. Time will tell, this is a great company, so many strings to their bow, really skilled people growing a stronger business. The full published accounts will confirm this, and the combination of the Lloyds sell off, and the Placement, is just a temporary issue that has served to depress the sp. Patience has always been my strength, it pays off time after time, and will here IMHO.

Bouncing nicely, good to see some sanity returning, long way back but I havent lost a single penny, topped up all the way down, average not that far away. Once the placement is done, and with a decent bit of PR, this board will be a happy place. GL all genuine holders

Well Timitar/Scimitim, you have been knocking this one as long as anyone, although under your old giuse. For me it is all to do with when Lloyds disposal ends, after that they genuinely have few shares available. Mr Alderson said that the reason they only have one MM is that there are not enough shares to interest two. Looking at all the positives in the RNS, there is huge upside here once the short term gamblers have gone and longer term investors soak up the few shares aro8nd IMHO

From what I can see, the RNS, though it contained a lot of good news about the performance of the company, also stated that they intend to do a Placement of new shares. A few sellers started a downward movement, and then the Lloyds sell off continued, putting too many shares on to the market at one time. Have Lloyds still got shares to sell? Will other sellers join in and give their shares away? Of course, we all wish we knew, watch this space. Still have a large holding, and going nowhere.

The message is ambiguous in that it doesnt state clearly whether the shares will be offered to PI investors. It just says other investors, and that may be II only, PI only ,or both. We will have to wait for the exact wording of the resolution, and then see what date the General Meeting is, and only after that will we know the date of the offer, and whether or not we can take part. Until then all is speculation.

Take a look at the Trading Highlights section of the RNS, so many positives and so much good news. A reaction by windy sellers this morning but I see a company doing great business and handling themselves very well through tough market conditions. New board members, new impetus, new FD more experienced with cash management. As for movelemnt on small volumes, Lloyds introduced high volumes in to the market based on a policy decision to close a fund, once that has cleared it is very very obvious to whoever does a small amount of research that they have a very small amount of liquid shares. This is a period that was inforseen, I feel there may be more Lloyds sells still to go, but the market is absorbing them. Will top up as funds allow, and expect to see a good return as the year progresses. GLA

Morning all. The impatient will sell, and hopefully move on. Then the more thoughful will look at the detail and see a great opportunity here over the next year. Mission have handled themselves well through the storm, and are doing many things to strengthen their position, all of which makes them a bargain at this sp. Holding all of my shares and expecting strenthening of the sp as the year progresses. GLA

I think you are mistaken. The selling of shares began long before they had to notify the markets of thresholds breached, they have been getting rid of shares for most of this year, but only have to notify the campany at set stages in their holdings levels. It hasnt helped, and wasnt expected, but thats share trading, and it has given us all a chance to buy lowere and lower, thereby benefitting from future uplifts. Have to agree with you that the decision of Lloyds to sell now is very odd. However, it isnt specific to TMMG, in fact they have been selling stakes in many other companies. Having merged with HBOS, they had two companies which held this type of investment. Clerical medical and Scottish Widows. They decided to liquidate one of the funds, I assume to create more liquidity as demanded by government. Of my holdings, same happend at HAWK and SPMG, depressing the sp, and giving opportunity for ultra cheap entry point. ATB

Clearly the two sells, being 100k and 25k, could be viewed as icebergs, part of a bigger tranche, and that would certainly explain why this share has failed to move up on the very many buys in the last few days. However, the results are due in tow days, and are expected to be good. When I spoke to the FD I got a very psoitive feeling from what he was allowed to tell me in the close period. Business going very well, a happy ship. I fully expect the results to do us a power of good. GLA
