The bit of trickery of masking buys and making them look like sells is all to common on smallcap shares. A poster a while back mentioned just how few shares there could be in free float, a point I agree with since this doesnt seem to be a share that is played for short term gain. Nevertheless the pullback from the lovely period above 40p has been an irritation. Got me wondering if the director who departed a while back may have been dripping shares out? From foggy memory I dont think it was a notifiable sized holding, so as he is no longer a director there would be no way for us to know. I also added on the dip, and will continue to do so if the sp persists at the current level. Two weeks to the update, one to look forward to I think. GLA

A place on the BoD soon? Personally I would say that would be good for us, men of ambition needed to take this forward. Sir Chris too perhaps? I thought we may see a holding from him too, must have a bob or two.

Looks like the folks who may have read about SiS in the shares mag will be wondering where to elbow their way in here. The trajectory is impressive, mostly due to one buyer, leaving new entrants hoping for a dip, and potential sellers reassessing what the exit price could be. As you say, we dont know where Mr H will stop, onviously he isnt short of the wherewithall.

Good on yer Mr H, thats a fair chunk salted away long term and out of circulation. Really surprised that the small sells kept coming once it was realised we had a HNWI snapping them up. As for the comparison with PXS, different beasts now, completely differing growth paths, but a quadruplig of Fruitflow products over the last year must transfer to the bottom line before too much longer IMHO

Puzzles me why a group that is so obviously talented at raising the profile of clients produces so little noise on its own behalf. The achievement of turning around the fortunes and finances, and setting a path to growth and further prosperity, is very shoutworthy IMHO

Shares Mag exposure is just what is needed to bring in new investors at this time. The demerger from Provexis is now history, SiS will develop and shine in its own right, with hopefully new contributors joining here too. A bright future here IMVHO

Righto, well I did try, but there was an awful lot of nonsense being stated at that time, and you are right that it may have persuaded more to sell. That it didnt was, I suspect, the alternative thinkers who saw it as a chance to get a higher allocation here. Now, it would seem that a lot have sold their allocation, without studying what MrH was likely to do to prospects. They made a profit, nowt wrong with that, and it will be interesting to see what happens over the coming weeks, but I still think this has value to add if worked out on a multiple of revenues. We shall see.

Uncrossing trade at 11 in the morning, then they raise the Ask. Is the man still hunting more shares? I have to say I am very surprised by the steady flow of sells, some folks clearly dont follow what has been happening here. The buyer should send them a thankyou note IMHO

Around three weeks to Half Yearly report. Last year they were announced on 14th Sept. and released on 19th. Hope to see continued strong performance here, and bews of divis.

Why apologise to me? SiS dull? Yup, it hasnt gor oil, or gold, or SFA as some ramped compainies have. Good, dont want it ramped, or deramped. #notworthmytime could equally be #spreadbet failedagain. It does have positives though, lots of them, there is previous for such brands growing well given sound management, and we have two lads at the top who have been there, done exactly that. So, as an investment, it fits the bill nicely for now. Growth is good, growth needs funds, balancing act, too much of either can be a challenge, too little worse, but, handled correctly = success. IMHO

Fwiw, I think his PR peeps gave him the Twitter feef on behalf of the company, and told him to make sure he used it. Talking up impending products is just good commercial sense as far as I can see, holders know the company sell stuff, and want them to sell as much of as many products they can. Logic.
