where is that published out of interest - in order to ascertain whether there opinion is worth listening to it would be helpful to be able to see how they have justified such a valuation.

After all whilst only they know the true value and costs of the overall Songwe Hill project it puts them in the prime negotiating position to make an offer for the whole of Mkango.
