It is unfortunately the case that the stuff does not dig itself out of the ground and purify itself - thus the KRC ore was always going to suffer in comparison with deposits such as ours because theirs was not 1) a particularly high concentration (0.3% average vs Mokopane's 0.68% average grade) and their 'ore' was not contained in magnetite, which is easily concentrated by magnetic concentration (typically up to 2.2-2.5% in magnetite concentration for Mokopane).
It is all too easy to fool investors with the whole 'look at the size' thing instead of the 'feel the quality'.
Fortunately in Vametco, Brits and Mokopane, we have both.
