Could someone explain:
"...conditionally raised gross proceeds of US$90 million through the issue of 47,500,000 new ordinary shares ("Placing Shares") at a price of 120 pence per share (the "Placing"). The price and number of Placing Shares reflect the proposed 1 for 10 share consolidation referred to in the Admission Document."
Is this not a 220%??? Shares pre consolidation- 216.4milion. 1 for 10 consolidation leaves us with 21.64mil shares, or 160p(today's mid opening sp). 47.5mil shares placing at 120p. Shares after consolidation and dilution- 69.14mil shares, or 691.4mil pre consolidation.
Have I got the figures right???
Ultrapunch- where did you get the figures from, 95.5mil shares???
New ticker TRIN from 14Feb.

P.S. On the watchlist, but consider buy at bellow 100p. I guess we should see it soon.
