Can you ask him how he justifies his 300 k a year salary plus travel an perks while decimating the company an it’s share price.
Will he proceed to buy new acquisitions with shareholders money instead of dealing with job in hand ?
Will he stop saying everything is on track when clearly it is not ?
Will he stop saying no funds are needed for the foreseeable future ,only to dilute the following week ?
Will he be standing down like he said he would ?
Will he stop securing assets for himself when loaning the company money with large interest ?

You failed to mention or pay less , chances are very high the 6 m takes for ever an a day ,there is another placement beforehand RHA is not back into production this year therefore another massive salary for the team,prem squandering more money for RHA like they have for the past 6 years. Leaving no money for DFS therefore another placement, thus pushing shareholders deeper than RHA itself, the share have to be 100% down at least.
So if you wait you could be paying 100% less like it has year on year.
