My Stab would be a carbon copy of yours PR. However I think the reason they’ll give is recruitment for the two positions they need to fill has been difficult or more time consuming than first thought.
I can’t imagine they would have been spending yesterday or today trying to push through any signatures, more likely preparing for the AGM presentations. So jam tomorrow it is, I’d say.
@Kurlyboy
You've been posting solely on this forum for Nov 2019 where you ask the question "is this a scam?"
Since then you've claimed people on this forum are part of a scam with the BOD
Y
ou post fairly regularly rotating between being annoyed at how long it is taking and being positive that this will be the year.
You've also asked on a number of occasions if people have seen your recent buy? (Like it has your name stamped on it?!)
50p is your goal, but you think you should also sell at 10p so people don't have to keep listening to you.
Then you claim to have over 3m shares
and you have finished buying...
you are now just here to annoy BoyPorche
You went to Morrocco on holiday and also visited 'the refinery' (Which one? Do you mean the OCP site which hasn't been confirmed as yet? Which also isn't a refinery?)
You keep mentioning it's time to buy. (But you have stopped haven't you?)
You are awaiting your second jab to go to the £1 party! (But you won't be attending because you are selling at 50p right?)
Moaning about needing someone who can sell snow to Eskimos and steak to vegans.
Now yesteday you claim to know nothing about the projects we have.
Do yourself a favour, go onto the Quadrise website and read it. Read it all, watch all of the videos on the /media page and educate yourself on a share you claim to have 3m shares invested in, because you are showing yourself up a little.
What was the name of the refinery you went to visit in Morocco last year? Where was it located? and finaly what relevance has a refinery in Morrocco to Quadrise?
Long term Quadrise Fuels holder here, looking at investing here with Tomco.
To save me some time researching, are there any long term Tomco share holders that can tell me briefly what the story is here. i.e. There was a large spike in share price around October 2011 and then a dramatic drop off in September 2014, what exactly happened at these two points? Also how likely is it that a successful Greenfield project could return the share price back to the heady heights of £3.18p (Nov 2011)
Lionel it sounds like you listened to the recording this time well done. (I know you've stated you haven't been bothered in the past). If you listened to it all you would have heard that this caller was introduced as "Tim Kempster from Thinking Machine Limited" you would also have heard subsequent callers advise Mike Kirk that he declares that he shorts stock on his Twitter account and looks like he's now targeting Quadrise.
So I find it funny how you failed to mention this in your post and instead agree with his "concerns".
FYI: Just under the "Post Message" button on this forum is a little paragraph from the FCA you may want to familiarise yourself with. ;)
Honestly Lionel, having recommending Quadrise to all your friends and family, plus investing large sums yourself, did you really just state that you find BOTAK's post the funniest post you have read on these boards?
Instead of reading fictious fantasy stories depicting the board sat around in a pub spending shareholders money. Why not remind yourself of some factual statements made about the board & Quadrise's products made by real life people, most of whom are fairly high up in some pretty big companies.
Emad Al Shamma, Chief Executive Officer of Al Khafrah Holding Group (saudi arabia's leading investment group), said in May 2019:
“We have a systematic and established screening process that looks at the merits of innovative industrialisation, proven technology, sustainable new ideas, maximised local content and fit with Vision 2030 for KSA. Quadrise scored highly in all sectors and we have been extremely impressed with our dialogue with the QFI team”
David Messer, CEO of Freepoint Commodities, said:
"Freepoint has been impressed with the team at Quadrise and I am pleased that we have been able to conclude the CMPDA. We see extensive potential in deploying Quadrise's MSAR® technology to add value for the benefit our customers, and we look forward to working with Quadrise to advance projects where MSAR® has clear economic and environmental advantages over existing fuel sources."
Alvin Yip, Co-Chairman & CEO of API POLY-GCL, said:
"API POLY-GCL see significant potential for Quadrise's MSAR® technology to add value to our power generation assets and downstream offering.
We look forward to working with Quadrise to progress projects in a rapidly growing economy that is keen for energy efficiency and cleaner energy, where MSAR® technology and fuel offers material economic and environmental advantages.
We believe the combination of our extensive resources, strong network, assets and market knowledge, together with Quadrise's MSAR® fuel application expertise, can enable the first MSAR® project to be initiated in China during 2019."
Dr Bernd Schmidt, Chairman & Managing Director of Bitumina, said:
"Bitumina see extensive potential in deploying Quadrise's MSAR® technology to add value to our terminal assets and technology, and we look forward to working with Quadrise to advance projects where MSAR® has clear economic and environmental advantages over existing fuel sources...
...We shall make all our resources and knowledge available to Quadrise to allow them to commercialise their excellent MSAR® product to clients, initially in Eastern Europe utilising our, and our partners, production capacities and export infrastructure to global markets, and we are certain that MSAR® will be a highly viable fuel option for power and marine applications among others, especially post IMO 2020."
You don't have to be a gullible sucker, just change your reading habits.
Great bit of research done over on the Quadrise Shareholders Forum has uncovered a very interesting research paper created on March 6th 2019 by GE (General Electric) titled Diversley Fueled Power Generation in the Middle East. For all those TL;DR / “long term” holders who haven’t bothered to attend conference calls Or keep up to date with the tremendous progress the board has made this year, i’ve summarised the contents for you below. Lists “opportunity fuels for Oil-based power generation” One of which is Vacuum Residual Oil (VRO) Or... e-VRO (emulsified VRO) using... oil-in-water. Page 14/20 has a helpful diagram that looks very similar to the one used in Quadrise’s presentations and on their website. P.s. the full steam ahead subject is taken from a strap line printed on this report. ;) Great research found again by the LTH over on the Quadrise Shareholders Forum. Top up for me this morning.
You don't have to imagine? MoneyAM shows that people have been buying in since the first RNS announcing the trial was likely not going ahead! In fact I think most days if not all since, there has been more buying than selling. No different this morning. Plenty of Gamblers or people in the know out there!
Link was to a BBC breaking news article about Yemen rebels firing a missile at the Saudi Palace.
...we're waiting on an RNS over hear! http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-42412729
