The next focusIR Investor Webinar takes places on 14th May with guest speakers from Blue Whale Growth Fund, Taseko Mines, Kavango Resources and CQS Natural Resources fund. Please register here.
Let's have a link to FT (2015) then. Whatever that is.
You seem to be guessing a lot Offler.
The only way really when you haven't got a clue.
Perhaps I should get out a bit more, Italian.
I've never heard this music before.
I loved it !
Morning Italian.
Yes I noticed. Although nothing has been moving the SP at all, be it a slew of blue or a slew of red.
Not sure what we're supposed to read into that, but there's no sense in fretting.
The bottom line is we are awaiting the new app, There are no apparent problems, so we just need to be a little more patient.
And contrary to what some say, Napster are not going to give up details of it to the whole world before they are ready to launch.
I don't know, they come on here with 'hard' names like katstrangler and wolfwallsreet.
They're probably just a couple of furry pink slippers !
I don't want to know your life history strangler.
And your 'posts' are looking desperate. Your best punches just aren't landing.
We always see through trolls like you.
You don't hold shares in the company, and have zero interest in it, so what is the point of you being here?
Answer :-
You want the SP lower on behalf of your deramping paymasters - and then you'll want it back up again.
In your own words - 'some horrible tactics.'
So, does that mean you're nor going to re-visit this BB in the next 6 (or better still 12) months?
Promise?
Hi Italian how are you?
I've just been trying to work out - are londondan and Offler married to each other, or are they joined at the hip (or maybe the head?)
It was !
In beta obviously, and then Covid came along.
Do your reasearch! It's in the RNSs.
Don't tell fibs. I've never done a one-liner saying that. Although actually you support my point .
Sure, I was disappointed that there are no plans to continue with JGO.
But you need to ask yourself why.
So here's my thoughts :-
AM stated, maybe in the Spot podcast but can't remember off-hand that Naps would concentrate solely on music re the new app (inference being - not musicals)
Considering the size of audio streaming as a whole (approx 500m subscribers) against a database of 5m musicals lovers with JGO, I think AM has been 'encouraged' to look at the purse by the partners, in particular N & G.
As an example just 2% equates to 10m subscribers giving a revenue of $1 billion. And the new app has barely begun.
Try not to write whole chapters on here katstrangler. They're boring.
Just say something like - 'I'm a troll, so I only look at negatives.'
"I can't be bothered." No, 'Dan' I don't suppose you can. Any more than you can be bothered to do any research, read through RNSs, or read the sensible well-thought out, intelligent posts of others.
So, we can call you 'Dan' now can we? Like Offles did.
As in Desperate Dan?
Can you recommend the Cow Pie today ?!
Have you two ****heads got nothing better to do than have puerile conversations like this between yourselves?
Do you seriously think you're impressing us ?
This board is about Napster BTW. A company which you are totally clueless about.
Go away and bother another BB, and see how long they are prepared to suffer you.
There is no reason why the new app will not be a success. A troll might invent something but they don't want it to succeed anyway. Weird !
It will go through beta to the satisfaction of our partners before it is launched. Like our founders, they have a huge vested interest in it. There is no need to rush it.
The CMA enquiry announcement could not have been better timed. It will give Napster the opportunity to get some idea what the CMA are looking for whilst it is still a work-in-progress.
Obviously it will revolve round artists/songwriters' remuneration, but it will give an opportunity to dot the I's and cross the T's.
IMO Spotify have something to be concerned about. It may well leave them having to up their game in a short space of time. Turning round an oil tanker comes to mind.
Thanks Deadc and Curo.
It must be close to 10 million buys now, with barely a red trade all day.
Yet the SP hasn't moved all day long.
Can anyone make sense of it? Because I can't.
Morning Italian
It's possible they may not convert any more, of course.
It doesn't matter too much. They already have 364m with the largest holding, which I suspect was their aim.
As funders of the new app, they no doubt consider it upon them to get it where it needs to be.
They will have decided their exit (in money terms). The success of the new app will get them there.
All IMO
Hello Mel
Looking at the Napster section of their website they make a play of the fact they are our largest shareholders, so this would seem to be important to them.
Their mission "supporting clients into reaching growth potential."
They have funded the app to enable Napster to do that
They will no doubt have an exit in mind. But the new app has to go through Beta mode to that satisfaction of all the partners including them. It will then have to be up and running and making an impact on the music streaming business.
Obviously the earlier the better, but there is no point in the app going live until it is 'right'. And this will have to include any curves the CMA might throw at it.
At the least we will have to see where we are by end of H1 2022. IMO.
200 million Deadc.
If it is them, they would have around 17% holding without working it out exactly
