LT, I'll be watching closely!. If the EPC and finance arrives then definitely a buy here. If you look at and 'believe' all the metrics here along with what's been presented over time then one wonders how the hell have they got into this position? and it should be a £200m MC now!. Hence I'm waiting to see what transpires first and if it's positive I'll probs buy in at 0.75 to 0.8p.

Well,, Unfortunately that's me sold out today and into another stock,, good luck all genuine holders. If this does come off I sincerely hope you get the X10 / x15 you deserve.. it's s 50/50 chancer... but may just happen.

This is an excellent project going by the numbers presented over the years however without agreements and finance it's goodnight - facto.

Appreciate the comment Fluffy, however developments give me no pleasure to those in at higher levels. I still stand by most recent prediction though,, which is little or no value if no finance/EPC .... or..... a 10/15 bag in time on positive EPC / finance news and development proceeds.

Hey up,,, spoke to soon... a trade has appeared,, the usual sell in the hundreds which will be followed by the usual buy in the 10's thousand,,, followed by further sells in the very early 100's thousand... All under a few £k in total.... Predictable!.. This with 3.5b shares in issue!.

Coupled with my last post....hardly any infarct no meaningful trades for months or longer!... Very odd must say.

Also, what fascinates me is the total lack of views from PI's on this,,, there's around 40% free float 1.4b shares?... Not many posters commenting on events considering... Weird!

In reality, there can only be 2 conclusions -

Baravelli, IMO, they are waiting or will be waiting for any positive news within the next few weeks on either the EPC or finance then they’ll be able to respond to the minister with that update. If no news then it may be game over as the RoC MoM has lost patience. Let’s face it they have all had long enough to sort matters if they genuinely want to finance and build.

Only The BOD really know if their latest RNS is true and Covid delays only… or they are stalling using that as an excuse hoping for a deal…which way it goes is reflected in the current SP.

It’s either the consortium are genuine and see real value / benefit here,,, or they don’t. You would think after all the years developing a case and money spent and agreements signed etc etc it would be a project with value and benefit low risk too, however in this day and age?? Who knows..

... The BOD will know now if it's a non starter and will be seeking alternatives maybe. The EPC could be a smoke screen for time imo however the minister has put paid to that if so.. and the clock is now ticking.

The latest RNS's say all is as planeed and its all down to delays by COVID...

Very true on some of the major holders LT, no point them selling now, would simply be worth zero, therefore we cannot count on them being strong positive holders.

If the finance arrives and all matters are sorted officially then huge upside and re rate/ value will show. Maybe some sale value if not.

LT, $300m spent is just that if nothing is developed i.e it's spent gone. If the current NPV range you mention is after the $1.8b development costs i.e taken into account then different story.

If you look at the facts -

1. 3.5b shares in issue ( hardly any big volumes traded all year in fact minute volumes)
2. Big holders are also part of the summit consortium (they hold around 50%)
3. Current MC £24m ( let's say there's £5m cash, that would then take less than £10m to take outright control)
4. $1.8b is obviously a major amount for this type project (I doubt £10m extra for the consortium to take full control is a problem).
5. Big question is - is the consortium finance real and deliverable or have they changed minds.

All is currently unclear at present , the EPC/finance/the project viability itself hence the frustration shown by MoM RoC. This could go either way let's face it however the current value of Kore is very low if this goes ahead or is sold.

LT, if you look back the SP has never been allowed to rise, there's always smallish sells following buys. It's so obvious it's been held down, for who's benefit is the question!.

What's needed is the BOD being fully transparent about the EPC etc etc.
