Something seems to have spooked the markets for SLA shares there are no negative news out and company actively buying back shares to cancel them
The price currently matches almost March April lows
And many other FT 100 companies have somewhat recovered from those months lows
So why is there a constant mark down of SLA shares
We are all in the dark and company does not give any news either
If there are no bad news then the company should calm the markets and say so
Or maybe the company is loving this constant drop as they are a big buyer of these shares
Either way I cannot believe there is no reason for this daily drop has anyone got better info please share

Well second RNS informing a major share holder showing another II loading up to over 5% of the company’s share capital!
Could it be that the market held the price down for this massive order to be filled?
Although I very much doubt any LTH would have sold out to enable the MM’s to fill the large institutional buy order and it looks like the buy order is not over yet as despite the RNS which on any other day would have pushed the price higher the SP is almost 3% down yet!!

Well in MHO the market have got wind of something like Few stressed Ii’s planning to off load shares to cover CV19 loses as one day couple of weeks ago it dropped by 17.8 P without any news
And has been on slide down ever since
Also there was a suggestion that the new CEO may start trimming the divi’s as he is well know for cost cutting and what better way to start this than take cash off the table
This most certainly would have spooked the Ii’s who rely on the Divi to pay pensions etc
I hope I am wrong of course as the company had specified they would pay the 7.3 interim
But the big question is the final divi would the new CEO start the cost cutting by trimming the final ?
What do you think?

Can anyone tell me as to why the SP has taken such hit coming down from 270 to 227?
Today it was announced that an II has added and the company is paying interim divi and overall paying 21.6p divi not to mention the daily share buybacks
Is it to do with the new CEO coming on board?

Hi everyone
Can anyone tell me if they had received the 3P divi which was supposedly paid out on July 31?
As I deal with HSBC INVEST DIRECT and I have just checked my account and no divi payment is showing
Has anyone else have had this problem
Needless to say I have complained to HSBS share dealing people for not being aware of such payment even though they are my nominee account holder!!

I have gone on to FSO website and read some of the complaints cases!!
I am astounded that these complaints have even been considered
For example one miss K complains that AMGO shouldn’t have lent her money cause her financial background did not prove she was suitable for such loan ( only in good old UK) such complaints should not even be considered as the matter for people applying for such loans are between them and the lender
People can always provide false financial backgrounds so what makes AMGO lending to such people a crime worth upholding such complaints
FSO are just lending people to claim anything
It’s laughable how when I was grossly overcharged by a divorce lawyer and complained to FSO they simply voted in favor of the criminal lawyer and that was that
But this so called financial organization can waste time and money upholding complaints which are purely made up of untrue nature
Don’t you just love living in that once a great nation

What is the mystery here is how on earth FCA have got tangled into Amigo’s lending practices
Surely the company had set regulations for would be applicants when the apply for loans?
So if so what had been wrong that Amigo done which had prompted many who lawfully borrowed to start claiming that somehow they were mis-sold and did not realize the actual charged interest rates
FCA must surely accept that lending to such lack of credit worthiness carries a huge risk and Amigo has to count for such risks and hence the high interest charges
Where were the FCA last year or the year before last
This is a licensed and legal company in business of lending money to people who carry high risks
So why all of a sudden Amigo are a guilty as charged for lawfully going about their business
And where are companies lawyers to defend the company for doing lawful business as that is what they are set up to do

I am not quite sure if I understand what is happening with this company
Firstly, how can JB keep on selling into a falling SP the logic tells he can hold back and wait for the SP to recover to what he was offered for his shares (21P) and then sell up
Secondly, how is it that JB having now over 35% of the company can’t have any say in the company’s affairs IE. to change the board etc and now apparently can do so when he is down to 10%!!
Maybe someone can explain what is the deal here

Today the buys to sells are 5 to 1 and yet the price drops over 4%!!!
Can anyone explain what is going on in the MM’s head!!
Why are they dropping this despite many more buys than sells?
There has to be a technical reason, maybe a large seller is just waiting to dump large numbers on any spike
As all logics point to market manipulation by MM’s

Heading towards 35p!!
I predicted it a few days ago and we are heading towards that target
I thought 46p was a bargain, I cannot understand what is dropping this on daily basis??
Is a distressed seller out there dumping loads but looking at volumes that cannot be
So is the market worried about second wave of CV in SA who can tell
One thing is sure the company actually benefited from the low price as their buy back was in low price environment
So I like many punters who know how undervalued this company is are at loss as to what is dragging this share down almost daily

I am not here 5 minutes I have been a LTH for much much longer but never felt the need to vent my frustration before as like many I came to invest in this company based on sound fundamentals
But those sound fundamentals don’t seem to work very well with the current markets as for one reason or another they see this company as a high risk!!
But why neither of us know
That is the reason I said the company must communicate with the shareholders and the markets to assure all is well and nothing has changed in a negative way
Now is this too much to ask?

Any decent company would put out a RNS to calm the markets that they have noted the SP slid but are not aware of any fundamentals or changed in the company operation and or anticipated earnings
But no this BOD living in luxury in some fancy Ireland don’t give a monkey about the suffering LTH who see day in and day out slid in the share price
Most folks here talk about how undervalued this company is ! Then why aren’t II are rushing to fill up their boots? Like I said the markets are attaching a very big risk to this company and until such time the BOD do something to prove the markets wrong we will see 35p soon and even that would not be the bottom

Well we keep seeing the SP slipping day in and day out, the markets are intelligent and know more than the average punter
The company is cash rich has no debts and is in line to have over 35% growth this year despite the CV
Yet the markets are marking the SP down as if all that fundamentals do not matter!!
So the answer is simple if the BOD are really serious in increasing the MC of this company then they must act and either pay out special dividends out of the cash pile they have or invest the money in expansion and take overs as I am not a firm believer in share buybacks as it doesn’t always work out for certain companies
But to sit there like a scared rabbit in the middle of the road and watch MC of our company going down day after day is criminal

I note from the RNS today finance directory had spa lashed out and bought 25000 shred!!
What a waste of an RNS as I don’t remember the company issuing the same when I bought twice that no at much higher price

Countries in EU and most notably in US are sharpening their pencils for massive litigation against China for destroying the world’s economy by lies and distortions
When the cases make their way to the courts who will be there to benefit yes you guessed it litigation forms such as Burford
The market is massively underrated this stock as combinations of CV and that stupid MW calamity has spooked the market where they don’t understand the potential of the new cases which are yet to come

Yes I agree I am with HSBC invest direct and all day they would only show sale option and no buy option which is very strange I had never seen such quote from them before

The RNS of Nov 25 was as good a news as Christmas for the Turkey it was although it was most deliberate attempt to stop the SP going above 4p which was in the early hours of that day. So one wonders why on earth the BODs felt the need to put out such damning RNS which by all account there was no need for or justification for. This is the AiM where dark agendas get hatched behind closed doors

Well, the stock market is now a casino !! It is no longer for investors, I have made money on MTRO by trading on high and adding on lows
This is the only way us PI’s can ever make money
Example I bought 10000 at 194 and sold on Lloy hype at 250

Well everyone here talks about the huge potential of this company when considering its PGM assets
So we are talking multi baggers from today’s closing SP price, yet and it’s a big yet today’s sells are twice the buys!!
Are the sellers just plain daft or do they know something the rest of the LTH don’t?
This has been the pattern for so many trading days now sells always overtaking the buys
So I guess we cannot blame the MM’s for holding the price down
But I am certain with the warrants over hang soon to be removed the markets will see the future picture soon
