Do they not have a say on the drilling? If the testing of samples are no good wouldn't that mean drilling would stop. If the samples are great, wouldn't that mean they would continue drilling. So therefore a lot depends on what he has to say.

I am not a fan of you calling this udog but you do have some good points. The fact that it has done nothing but go down whilst he keeps getting paid. He is on the same level as premiership manager. If you do no good, you walk out with a huge packet and then get straight into another job. Rinse and repeat. A consolidation here will do nothing but give him even more scope to keep claiming a wage for doing absolutely nothing. He should be sacked or if he did have any morals just leave.
