The share price is 4p, we've been taken for a ride and scammed, people are still ramping the company and bod that did this. There are no positives.

The emails via the website so don't have saved copies but they were reasonable concise emails, totally ignored.

Why have you chosen to post your email but not the reply, which lets be honest, is the only thing that is relevant? And may inspire confidence, should we choose to assume NT isn't cut from the same cloth as his disgrace of a predecessor.

WHAT I think BH is it’s a mildly related article to zoetic as a stretch, not sure how it relates to a company’s that has produced and sold nothing and has only proven to be untrustworthy to this point. Still lists as a natural resources company, all information still on there regarding Helios etc. Why go to the trouble to re launch everything and then not even update these sections, all they've done is change the logo. They changed the name in the company mission statement so they've gone to the trouble of editing it - can't use the fact that they haven't had time as an excuse. Unprofessional and embarrassing at best, intentionally misleading at worst.

So it’s beyond a reasonable doubt now that commercial discussions around DTU were non existent, and those RNS were literally used to keep the excuses coming in for placings to fund RP salary. And wasn’t NT a part of this all along? He must have known all the lies that were being peddled, why should we believe otherwise?

Neil, no it's not legal. He put out false RNS statements with delivertabtley misleading statements time and time again. He lied about a free carry on ED. He sold shares on the cheap to a mystery investor (insider trading) the man should be in jail, a liar and a thief. The problem is what can we do about it? The stock market gives criminals like this a completely safe way to steal money from innocent people with no comeback. If I had the money I'd take the c***t to court, he wouldn't win as its quite obvious half the rubbish he wrote was made up. There will be no proof of DTU contracts at tipping point, cos they weren't even in discussions.
