Well, the breakout never happened and it fell back to 50p and within its existing trend channel. However, today's bullish rise and the MACD looking to cross upwards could indicate a rise, plus breakout. Still wait and see.

I'm bullish, but 90-100p by the end of the year is very unlikely as some of it's investments e.g. BHP, Rio and Exxon are not moving out of their down trends. Whatever you observe in India and China, the overall global demand is not growing and so BRCI will stay depressed for some time to come.

Market doesn't like Hansteen at the moment. A perfectly solid property company. But what do I know! Good time to buy I think.

Nice little rise for Dunelm. Next target is 969p. If it breaks that then it's onto 1045p, and all time high.

What kind of a statement is this? "At over 1000p, ARM shares cost even more than a pint of Stella Artois." It's no wonder the value I place on research is worth the price of a bag of the cheapest salt.

Thanks for the Analaysis Mick. I'm also looking at Northgate, but the recent RSI has only posted one higher low, and has yet to post a higher high. That would indicate a bullish divergence to the strong downtrend in place. Also there is no bottoming out pattern, e.g. double bottom or inverse head and shoulders. So at this time I'm still waiting. Bullish, but it also has to break 1066p resistance (from March and June 2015) first. Today the price has convincingly broken it 200MA, so fortune favours the bulls.

Looking at Connect's 2015 profit figures: They say adjusted profit before tax is £56.5m, up 13% although actual profit before tax is £29m and -32%. As an investor I'm confused and think of the adage, "Profit is vanity cash is sanity". NB: I know the adjusted figures account for acquisitions less disposals

After a short seller's report, Blinkx never recovered and lost 90% of its value. Whatever the truth, GBO has received another blow to its share price. Unfortunately in the stock market whatever the mud is it usually sticks. Good luck to all holders.

CMS's share price has been pushing against its upper trend line for almost a month now, and is above its 200 MA. So I'm looking for a breakout soon as this hasn't happened since its downtrend started over a year ago. IMO it's a wait and see before an entry. Only issue is RSI and CCI are falling, so it could fall back into the trend channel.

RDI is definitely making an upward move with 52.59 as support and yesterday's volume the highest in 2015. RSI is 64.77 and so it's a way to go before it gets oversold. It's also broken it's 10, 50 and 200 moving averages to the upside, so I'm bullish. The only (technical) risk is that it will fail at 55.37 which is the 61.8% Fib.

Another good sign. Dunelm is over 940p the last major pivot high. Today's rise is the market giving its approval to the strong results published yesterday. #bullish

Low volumes of CMS stock have seen the price rise from 46p in late August to 56p yesterday. On the positive side it's trading above its 200 MA but on the negative side it's falling back as it's trendline is acting as resistance. I'm still waiting for the breakout.

A good sign it's risen above 900p. It's not affected by China and the UK economy is OK (so far). So in theory, the fundamentals are in pace to support the price making it ready for a push upwards.

NG shows its defensive qualities in the face of a downtrend, and it has every reason to keep on going up.

It's still valid way to look at things. Some traders buy the dips, others buy new highs. It depends on your trading strategy.
