MM's want your shares, There must be a Big Buy in background working

Put it this way, MM's have £7m worth of shares to get rid of in UKOG when admitted on AIM.

I have no doubt they will be scooped up but at what price?

Alba on the other hand, its hard to buy shares, any sells are being scooped up quickly.

The 7m raised by UKOG, shares will be admitted to trading on AIM on or around 9-10 July.

MM's keeping UKOG share price at bay, as in my experience when this date come beginning of next week, shareholders will get chance to buy at or under 2p.

This is why I am in Alba, they are undervalued and have a higher reward potential compared to UKOG.

I wonder what else FG has to say in conference call today, besides the RNS today.

There is no need for another placing. Oil flow is literally days away. Alba will be cash generative.

Alba just raised £800,000 to fully fund HH into production, including Alba's other assets.

Extended oil flow will last 5 months, this will be considerable income for Alba, which can pay for any additional drilling at Horsehill, as well as pay for Alba's other assets.

I'm assuming with the 100's-1000's bopd, Alba will be receiving Monthly income.

When the news is released, considering

Alba MC 10.7m, owns 11.8% of Horsehill
UKOG MC 84.7m, owns 32.4% of Horsehill

I would guess UKOG MC to increase to ~£260m-£420m, which would make it 2-4 bagger, about 6p-10p
Considering same scenario for Alba to 2-4 bag would make Alba worth ~£30-£50m, about 1.2p-2p.

Compare £30-£50m of Alba's 11.8% stake in Horsehill with ~£260m-£420m for UKOG's 32.4% of Horsehill

Alba is way undervalued, considering the other assets Bluejay / Amitsoq / ...

Oil flow is literally days away, do you really think Alba will be selling up their stake, an offer from UKOG would have to be a multibagger for Alba to even consider.

Alba MC is a small compared with UKOG, but potential for Alba is much greater considering

Thats not the big question, we already know oil exists and flowed last year, in the 100's-1000's bpod

All they are doing know is prepping the same hole again to release the oil

MM's will play this today, due to 2m raise, to grab as many shares as they can.

DON'T SELL YOURSELF SHORT

This will hit oil any day soon, then you'll be crying you've sold.

You have to ask yourself why have investors put in £7m now when they could have invested two weeks ago at just over 1p.

The truth of the fact is, this is an easy multibagger

Last £7m placing @ 2p, so share price should stick at ~2p. UKOG fully funded for 18 months...

Total now £12.5m in bank to do as they please, £12.5m raised is a small % of their currenct MC 81m,

YA Loan.... has been converted so no more dilution on their part.

UKOG is the biggest owner of Horsehill, which is literally about to flow oil.

Its a shame they didn't offer PI, the chance to invest in placing but I'm happy with that.

Also ANGUS, ALBA and SOLO all up.

With this hot weather, and oil on the rise, something definitely cooking.

Angus always release their RNS's late, so don't be surprised that nothing has been release yet, especially when on Friday share price rocketed almost 50%
