Thoughts on the likelihood that DN has been in touch with potential buyers for the IP. This would make sense with him risking the 100k to secure a no vote. Then he can be voted into the board and help push this through to recoup some losses. The current BOD ofcourse wanted the gravy train to keep running but now it looks like their hands could be forced into a sale

Would certainly be the best way to regain some of his capital back if he knew of a buyer for the IP

Certainly worth holding onto these shares at this price to see what DN has in store. No chance major shareholders voted NO without having a heads up from DN about other avenues that are open.

The IP alone is worth 10s of millions. Let's see what DN can do to unlock some value for shareholders.
