Firering Strategic Minerals: From explorer to producer. Watch the video here.
1. if they had to take it pvt, they would have already done that. why take shares against cash payments owed? might as well have put the company to administration then. the fact that didn’t happen doesn’t support the taking it pvt theory now, does it?
2. why go through the entire effort to stay in command if meant to go private? some say to prevent info from being public. then why appoint michael (an experienced auditor) when you’ve got something to hide? makes no sense.
3. those of us who believe that someone as senior as michael would have come on board without the company having a proper plan are being too naive. or are we to strip him of his credibility as well now? he has access to more info than us, no? and given his background, he would know when it’s a **** and bull story
it’ll be good if the fear mongers rest for a bit. and actually give the new board some time.

Have you looked at the data which showcases how Pranagraf continued to buy from TG at prices higher than Vietnamese competitors, when members of the requisition group (HKP) were dealing with Vietnamese vendors and not TG for their purchases?
Not sure how that fairs in FTGs assessment of related party transactions. Have asked them, but they wouldn’t say a thing.
Tells me they are grounded and acknowledging the reality. I think they’ve been hammered for sentiment being overtly positive and this is now a change in tone. It’s a good change for me. Don’t want to hear a good short term story, none of us do.
Let’s hope they’ll figure something out. They don’t have a lot of time.

His experience is pretty solid!
Drop a line to me on akhtarshaikh2182@gmail.com and I’ll send it to you
In fact who so ever wants to access the raw data can drop a line to me here and I’ll share it with them!
FD
Can you ping me on telegram with your email or share your email here? I’m happy to share the info with you as well
Have shared the data with Chris on email along with all details of the source of the data and supporting information.
This data was not shared by TG with me. It was directly downloaded from websites that maintain import data. So there’s no scope of tampering.

Hopefully everyone can make an independent assessment on who is buying at what prices. And whether TG is benefitting from related party transactions or getting looted!

For those who might not have read through the entirety. Convenient stand. No?
Good to see the trades coming in. Capital flow is improving!
‘The main thing the new group have going for them is that they don't come with a litany of false promises and amateurish delivery.’
My friend hasn’t assessed the history of the requisition group very closely. $27M written off, >£400k pocketed, shareholder money wiped and we’re on our way. Not sure how this isn’t amateurish delivery. And this is in a field where this guy has worked his entire life.
Basically overlook every flaw of the newcomers. And criticise everything about the current mgt.
We understand you’re out mate, but do thorough research on both sides if you’re to have a public opinion and want to truly help. Bashing up one side doesn’t help.
No one here disagrees that Shishir has screwed up. The extent of it we can argue. But we are not here to discuss this.
We are here to discuss team Shishir vs team Mark
And team Mark has no credible plan, no credible experience, a crooked past, underhanded questionable tactics to drive down share price, etc.
If you want to hand over the mgt to them, be my guest
They’ve shared nothing, so you won’t be able to find any plans for FT.
Their claim, “We have connections and we believe they’ll be happy to put in money once they see us seated at the table.”
Most people here (except few bogus accounts) are well intentioned shareholders. There’s a lot of comment about how the company cannot raise money, no one will fund them, etc.
I really want to know how many of us have raised capital for a public market company to be able to offer this opinion? Because if not, then it’s merely speculation. I mean the guy who’s raised >£20M so far, is saying he is working on getting in more. I know there’s a chance he might fail, but can we atleast not be demoralising?
It doesn’t help to call yourself a realist when you truly don’t understand the topic and have very limited experience with it
The dual roles plus his involvement in other companies in the graphite space have been known from the start. What you are saying seems to be stemming from incomplete information which was made available to us at all times! :o
Me and a couple of others are trying to extract data from a few import export websites in India
To get to the bottom of the prices at which Pranagraf is buying from TG and how does it compare to others
Will share details as I have them
The move to hire a non-exec chair is noteworthy to ensure the company can get new guidance
Let’s for a second compare who’s on the other side
Raised $27M, wrote is off, pocketed cash, left shareholders to suffer
You want that here? I dont!
Isn’t it a matter of any of those funding options coming through? Categorically VAT refunds? Or is there more to it?
Did anyone catch that hidden info about the US Embassy in Madagascar visiting the plant? Heavily correlated with the recent duties imposed on Chinese sources. Seems like the US govt is taking interest in what’s being done
Wow buddy. It’s funny to see the extent you’d go to kick the current board out.
Everyone knows they are building both companies. I guess sometimes no amount of data is sufficient when one’s mind is made up!
