JM said they are in regular contact with the project stakeholders. I would hope they mean daily by this as surely at this stage of the project agreement you would like to think they are pretty much on it full time.

It does feel as if MSC and Cargill are probably squabbling over minor detail and that quadrise are sat in the corner twidling their thumbs waiting for them to reach an agreement! That or MSC are trying to squeeze a rubbish deal for quadrise thinking we need them more than they need us.

About 5 months since we were informed that the marine deal should be signed. Surely can't be much longer now. Maybe this is the week?!!!

Think it is only 75k per quarter but still a nice starter and surely the start of many licensing agreements

I feel 3p is low should the marine deal be sorted. Its pretty significant.

Certainly all sounds positive on all fronts so should be getting more frequent RNS now you would like to think.

To be fair most of the time I feel like Vince. Just try to look on the positive side sometimes. The delay must surely be an issue between MSC and Cargill as I am sure QED would be fairly accommodating to demands placed on them as they just want this started. More likely to be those big guns sorting out the finer details of the contracts. Like someone said earlier we just need a person to just say let's sign these damn things!

So what is your thoughts? No marine agreement for 3 months? 6 months or never?

Please just filter me for those who I inadvertently offend. I apologise for staying positive to those who want me to be negative but I am still very hopeful that this will turn a corner very soon. I pereonally would have sold all my shares had I have held the negative opinions of many on here.

A one year delay is standard these days. Problem is we are already about 3 years delayed. I agree about the lawyers excuses etc. The hope is that because the deal is taking so long what may materialise could be an absolutely insane deal that could set us all up!

The floodgates have to open at some point. Probably a few small jumps 2-2.5p then the RNS lands and then re rates to 6-7p is my guess. Well more hope;)

Surely MSC would want to be expediting the trial with current worldwide events. They will need to be looking at more cost effective ways to do their business. Saving a small fortune on fuel is a very easy way for them to achieve this.

Yep your guess was not far off this time SC. That's a pretty good result I would say. Would be interesting if we got the marine RNS Monday.

I fancy it to be fully subscribed but only just. Think all the extra shares people have applied for will simply fill the gaps where people will inevitably have chosen not to this time. 1.25x may not be far off but I think somewhere slightly less but still fully taken up

Good example of the crazy money involved though hey. Get this trial done and if MSC do decide they want to go greener and save a load of cash too then QED should be very busy indeed!!
