I appreciate that. I still feel there is more to it than what we all know. If MSC really were not that interested wouldn’t they have just binned us off years ago. What’s in it for them to simply drag this fiasco out!

For all we know Vince this agreement by MSC may have been something they wanted as an assurance before proceeding with the MSAR trial. Been stated on many occasions that MSC were concerned with the ability to roll out the fuel globally so maybe this could be linked with the work QED have been doing in Singapore.

Think the target was to get one marine agreement wrapped up by end Q1 so assumption is they have missed that by nearly 10 weeks so hopefully they will sort it this week.

It is 100% not the war. We all know that and to be fair I would rather them tell us nothing than tell us porkies

This 46G is exactly what we have been wanting to be answered by QED for the past 3-4 years. They simply do not tell us and hide behind confidential BS. Like I said before they need to start giving others ultimatums and saying if you are not committed the we can move on and the team can spend their time with other shippers. How much time have we wasted on MSC and Cargill over the past 5 years. Or alternatively, on the other hand, are they are cooking up the biggest post trial roll out of a fuel known to man over the past century 😁

Sn88 very good spot. Think that’s the first time I have ever seen Peter like a comment on the LinkedIn page. Maybe that’s because most comments are often people heckling but still interesting that he liked that comment in particular!!

Is this not the first time ever we have had a whole team going to a conference. Maybe there is more to this. Would be a great way to promote a transition fuel trial by signing off at a conference. Lovely bit of PR.

Interesting. Maybe this is the week. Sat on beach somewhere after the conference with MSC, Cargill, a margarita and a pen.

Good to remember we had this same situation about 2 years ago when we were waiting endlessly for the initial agreement. Finally about 8 months or so late it arrived and the excuse was well we decided to go from a non-binding agreement to a binding agreement. Not sure how much help that is doing for us now mind. Shame there wasn’t some timelines placed in that binding agreement!

All projects continue to forward. Well if we were very close before this statement we must be getting very very close everyday no?

Guess it depends I don’t think Peter said all projects are at a standstill, think he said all are progressing and they are hopeful they are all very close. If he gets more insight over the next week or two and has confidence they will sign then I guess everything changes.

We have gone through a few different presenters of the proactive interviews over the period we have done nothing of note

I mean they should just put the company on hold, all stop draining the QED funds, all go and find other jobs and say to the partners give us a call when you actually want to move forward and sign the agreements. How 12 staff find anything to do on a daily basis for the past 10+ years blows my mind 🤯

It was 7p on 1/3 of an agreement. SP are formulated on potential right? I mean if we had a successful trial and we had contracts with MSC, Cargill, OCP, Valkor and Panama I would very disappointed with 10p. If I thought that was the ceiling I would sell now.

Or they could succeed with Quadrise and should Peter get the SP to £1 he would be 45 million quid richer. They definitely have plenty of incentive to do this on their own and not get bought out.

Mad how it acknowledges that the route means higher expenses…oh I wonder what could help solve that 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
