Well said we know timing is the key. No body knew about BHP increasing its stake .

Not sure why people would take profit now. We have 2 World majors on register collectively holding 26 %. One of them will come in front for an offer. We have seen it again and again in multiple shares Sky, Others.

I think in 6 months time 45 p will look very cheap. As 2 p looks now few years back.

I think we may struggle to prev high of 46-47 p. It's such a brilliant news.

I am expecting us to open around 46- 48 p and then settle some where under 50p.

NM now needs to work hard to push it to 100p before any silly offers. The Trick is to have more drills and RNS at Cascable....

BHP would have known it's a protected company in terms of Holdings.

The only way they could have anything is by speaking to Board and helping in the development process.

If they have paid 46 p , they might be aware this is worth more than a £ 1 or £ 2.

This proves we won't be taken on cheap offers. All we need now is price to stay above 60-70 p by year end.

My take is it will shoot up to 50 p and then settle somewhere between 46p and 50p.

We have got lots of money n the bank. 45 Million from BHP + 40 million cash in bank. Plus more to be raised from options which are now in Money.

You are right, if 60 % of the share holders approves it.

Both of them now hold 11 % and 15 % of stock.

Well they paid 30 % premium. I am expecting the share price to be around 50 p by end of October.
