I disagree, we need price moving upwards. None of the news in last 1 year + has done it.

We would love to be in 40+ so that if we do a raise at 40p it's less taxing then doing a raise at 25p.

Gold is touching almost 1750 an ounce, we have used 1350 in our calculations and Copper is doing nicely as well.

Well not sure what RIO , Newmont , Barrick , Chinese , Glencore and BHP is waiting for.

Some one should be desperate to get hands on the Tier 1 reserve, best found in last 10 years.

I am little frustrated with the SP performance, we have had a good MRE 3, followed by fund raise and clarity on PFS and BFS.

Back in the days these were mega news and would result in moving the sp + 10-20 %. In last year or so, a lot of positive news is coming but sp stays still. Not sure it being manipulated.

I want us to get a Low ball offer from a Major or Smelter or Trader. We have proven reserves of 63 Billion plus. With MRE 3 improvements and there is still chance of further grade improvement.

With all the news outflow we haven't been even broken prev high records. Not sure what news will now move the Dial.

I know we have great company in making, Not sure why NM won't sell Alpala and move on to other 13 targets. Rinse and Repeat. We PI's have tayed with him for many many years, he told us there would be multiple exit points.

Barrick has the free cashflow and money power to come for Solgold.

We need to remember that Alpala is the first one, we have another 13 regional targets . If we get one more like Alpala or similar, we will be in a different trajectory.

Highlight was $ 3 Billion NAV rather then silly 600 Million Mcap now. Way to go ....

That's why it's better to do funding like this rather then raising 25% of Mcap of company via an equity placement.

Next phase for Solgold - 100 Million for Alpala , full Feaibility study, initially completing PFS - Q3-2020, Full BFS -
and applying for Permitting and running Project funding in parallel.
