We all believe that PMO needs to raise funds for BP assets; could be with placing, RI and bridge finance. Could be either two or all 3 at the same time.
Placing with premium to new II, RI issue for share holders this way TD could wave a magic wand.

I have same feel as you , just because on RNS dated on 7th Jan said this "Premier expects that the equity raise will include both a placing and rights issue componen" and in Today's new they haven't mentioned placing or RI.

The Right Issue (RI) could be oversubscribed. I am not so sure that private investors could have a large percentage of the RI.
PMO VWAP:
1 Week = 43p+
1 Month = 48p+
3 Months = 39p+

I still believe RI can be between 39/40p if PMO uses monthly vwap.
Any guess for RI?

Shorters will never do that, sell their holding at out of trade hours. Shorters manipulate hard down the SP.
