One important question I have for the BOARD is :-
Are they going to participate and take the full quota of their RI???

If major investors are buying in before the RI announcement that's v positive... However the previous emails didn't say that???

you misunderstand me, of course am long.... but the management of refinancing was questionable and how they handle it. this is the third time they fuc... up and still we don't know what price they will come up with for RI.
The other thing, am not happy with, how come they do a placing and RI with same share price. I never heard it before. see my previous posts.

a balanced opinion is that we been screwed by mismanagement of arrogant board and now they are marketing their presentation for support...

When he thinks he’s in control while outside events overwhelming him.

In mid 40s share price (45p) Tony D could suspend PMO trading, by doing that he has a strong hand to negotiate the refinancing. He can openly to talk to creditors and major shareholders with future pricing and none of them can short the share price. He thinks he’s in control but unfortunately he’s not. Now the management taking their presentation to new investors and begging for support. Shame!

My guess PMO share price could be a lot higher than current share price before the announcement of refinancing and RI...

the correct word is oversubscribed and there is no "undersubscribed" = unsubscribed.
