Nothing has changed as far as I am aware, fundamentals are still the same, could be that we are getting close to announcement of date for finals and MM's and fishing for some extra shares, have you noticed that every time there is a purchase to move the price into the blue it is immediately followed by a sale, call me cynical, but looks like price being held at this level? Guess there are lots of reasons, could be a big buy after hours? , another thing price always appears to move down at 2.30pm ash at USA opening bell (strange eh), it is not large sells either, just enough to manipulate the price in the direction they desire.
All will come good, we just need some news to get the ball rolling

Same here, sitting tight for some time to come, looking to keep adding at these prices, as and when funds allow.
Can see that once ITX starts to move upwards again, that the SP will move up very quickly, still lots of shares in sticky hands.
Croda results out on Tuesday, will we be able to gleam anything from these?

I think that we are all of the same opinion as to the fall off from the highs of last month (disappointing, but we were probably getting ahead of ourselves at that point), remember this was only a few weeks ago that we were at 8p and in a very short time with a favourable wind we can reach and surpass that SP again in quick fashion. Think there is a lot of dry powder sitting in the sidelines waiting to pounce.
We have held strong around the 5p mark for a while now, which appears to be our base to move up from. Any dips below this point is an absolute buy signal IMO
The sheer lack of volume allows this to be manipulated so as impatient investors sell and the MM's gleefully scoop them up.
I guess what I am saying in a long winded fashion is that we need to sit on our hands and be patient as good news is just around the corner, how bad would it be to sell and miss out, for that sake of a 3/4 weeks ?

I think we all see this as a one in a lifetime share to be invested in and want it to reach its full potential, which I am sure it will.
Could not resist, anything under 5p is a buy in my eyes, just added another 100,000 shares.
The clock is ticking , I am guessing we will get notification of when the results will be released very soon.

I thought it was the point about the new product being added to the range that Thordon had identified which was the issue that was causing concern?
As you say I do not think there is much doubt that they are flat out at the moment keeping up with orders, but I am reminded of the old saying, that when you are up to your waist in alligators, it is difficult to remind yourself that the initial objective was to drain the swamp lol.

I know where you are coming from, but there are certain things that are regulatory that need to be completed as a matter of priority, especially if this could impact on SP and in this case more than likely in a positive fashion.
Is this not why they have employed Belvedere Communications?
I may be way off the mark and there is no obligation at this point to divulge this information, as we will be updated very shortly on how well things are progressing.
Which is the better approach, a constant flow of information which can be digested easily or a large data dump of information?

so under the rules below, that information should have been released In an RNS ? maybe we will get something tomorrow?

AIM Rule 11 – Article 17 of MAR imposes a requirement that all inside information which directly concerns an issuer is announced to the market as soon as possible. Inside information is defined as “information of a precise nature, which has not been made public, relating, directly or indirectly, to one or more issuers or to one or more financial instruments, and which, if it were made public, would be likely to have a significant effect on the prices of those financial instruments or on the price of related derivative financial instruments”. On the other hand, AIM Rule 11 imposes an obligation on AIM companies to disclose “any new developments which are not public knowledge which, if made public, would be likely to lead to a significant movement in the price of its AIM securities” to the market without delay.

In spite of the difficulties which may arise in complying with two similar, but slightly different rules, the decision was taken for AIM Rule 11 to be retained alongside Article 17 of MAR. It was considered that the two rules are aimed at slightly different objectives: AIM Rule 11 at ensuring a fair and orderly market where all users of the market have simultaneous access to the same information to make investment decisions and Article 17 of MAR at minimising the risk of insider dealing and avoiding companies misleading the market by failing to release information. The MAR requirements were also considered to relate potentially to a wider concept of inside information than the AIM Rules. AIM-listed companies are therefore required to comply with both provisions. AIM Regulation have made it clear that compliance with Article 17 of MAR will not mean that a company has complied with AIM Rule 11, and vice versa, and the onus is on the company to ensure that it complies with both rules.

Interesting times ahead, I am sure there must be a genuine reason why this information has not been released yet.

Hi Thordon, you are spot on, I should have checked the rules. The close period or closed period refers to.

AIM Rule 21 – AIM Rule 21 previously imposed a requirement on AIM companies to ensure that, except in certain limited circumstances, directors and applicable employees did not deal in the company’s securities during a close period. A close period was defined as the period of 60 days immediately prior to the release of the company’s annual accounts, the period from the relevant financial period end up to and including the time of the publication of half-yearly results (if relevant) and 30 days prior to the release of quarterly results (if relevant), as well as any other time that the company was in possession of unpublished price sensitive information.
As a result of the implementation of MAR, AIM Rule 21 was replaced by a requirement for AIM-listed companies to implement a share dealing policy which complies with a set of minimum requirements. The definition of a close period (redefined as a ‘closed period’) was also amended to be the 30 days prior to the release of financial results. The restrictions on dealing while in possession of unpublished price sensitive information remain.

AIM companies are required to establish appropriate closed periods (which may be more than the prescribed 30 days prior to the release of financial information) during which directors and applicable employees are restricted from dealing in the company’s shares, and create and implement procedures that directors and applicable employees are required to comply with prior to conducting any transactions in the company’s shares, in order to obtain clearance to deal. Finally, there should also be a procedure in place requiring notifications of dealings in the company’s shares to be disclosed to the company in order that the company can notify transactions which are required to be made public.

Excellent news, why has this not been advised to investors via RNS ?
Surely this is of importance as is another string to our ever expanding bow.
Possibly we are in the close period ? not sure but does that mean that no information is released during the 30 day period prior to release of results? can someone with knowledge on the rules advise please or am I off the mark?

Nice start to the day, with the majority of the trades going through being buys.
Hopefully some of the information from posters here lately has cleared up a lot of the dubiety being expressed over the widespread use of Itaconix's polymers in an ever increasing amount of products, as the manufacturers strive to outdo each other in bringing greener more eco friendly products to the market, so do our revenues increase as a market leader in this field, onwards and upwards.

Hi Guys
There has been a lot of work carried out by some of our fellow investors here to Identify the formula that are in each of these products and tie them back via CAS Identification number and IP authenticity, to Itaconix.
I know there are a few companies that deal in Itaconix acids, but as far as humanly possible these have all been validated as one of our specialised polymers.
Possibly someone else could add to this if necessary or correct me if I am wrong in any way.
would not want you to feel misinformed.
Itaconix's name is not usually mentioned on these products directly (client/supplier confidentiality and all that)

It is nice to see blue on the board, long overdue in my opinion, think we must have been in oversold territory?
Is this the start of us building a bit of momentum going into the finals, lets hope so.
Research into this appears to suggest the first week in April, which makes sense as will give us the results plus a snapshot of the 1st quarter of 2021?
Guess it is going to be a lengthy RNS with all that has been going on ?

Is this being held down for a large incoming purchase?

Hi All
Are there lots of games being played at the moment, trying to lure the nervous investors into giving up their shares, so as they can be scooped up on the cheap.
Every time there is a buy going through, it is followed very quickly by a small sell, to keep the SP from moving up, mind you a lack of volume kind of falls into their hands and allows them to massage the price to their advantage.
Still holding firm here, not getting any of mine, not long till the long awaited figures are out and the fireworks start.

Nice end to the week with a bit of blue on the board.
I know it may be immaterial, but looking at the timing of the large 400,000 trade reported after the bell, I think it was a purchase, rather than the reported sell, just based on the price and timing, a bit of cheer going into the weekend.
Another week closer to the finals !!! will we see an increase in volume/momentum/rising SP as this approaches ?

Think you might be right on this being huge, is this why there is little or no information being released?
Are we looking at a game changing set of finals/update?
Guess that it would make sense to release them the first week in April as this would give us ball park figures on the first quarter of this year as well?
To me it looks like someone is trying to massage the SP down with all these small trades looking for the best entry point they can, just have to remember though, that when this share starts moving up, it does so very quickly.
