Again! It's the 2nd time they have done it!

It doesn't help when idiots like eddie posting this as there is a drop "suspect ch11 filing may be confirmed" - I will be honest I had a quick look at RNS and news reports to make sure as I nearly panic sold when I seen that pop up! I am guessing it may have caught others out!

They are trying to push it below 5p! To get in at lower prices! Hopefully it can hold and we can grow from there!

You said something about your charts showing 1p and then a boom from 1p as far as I can remember!

You said the same at 2p and it ended up at over 6p! I think you need to relook at these charts!

MMs and Day traders really want to maximise profits and get in cheap! They seem to be pushing it to just below 5p and then selling at just short of 6p! Driving me up the twist! If they left it alone we would easily be near 7/8p in my opinion!

They are honestly like bad rashes! As soon as we see a slight drop or red they are out in numbers! Stating all the rubbish that this is going bust and is never going to recover! Then they claim they have no financial interest in the share but yet they all come out on a drop.

I seen 2.9m Shares go through at 10:20ish

Trust me if there was a leak and it was negative this would not be anywhere near 5p! We would be at 2p or less now. So there has been no leak! It is MMs activating stop losses and getting in at a better price to make more money! Day traders as well!

Haha - I read your comment wrong :) - My thinking is that the majority of Cineworlds cinemas operate in the US 68% and the rest are in Europe 32% - The costs for energy has surged in the EU but I do not think the US has been hit as hard by Gas prices so hopefully this will not affect them as much!

7 sites refurbished in 2021: 6 in the US and 1 in the US
• Closed 25 underperforming sites across the Group and opened 10 cinemas
• Secured rent relief and deferral with majority of our landlords (85% agreed)

They have also refurbished and purchased 2000 new laser projectors which I believe are a lot more energy efficient.

@b4gpiperinvestor - Valid points regarding energy prices etc. but I can see that Cineworld have deferred a lot of the rental payments and made other cost saving exercises. I believe that 85% of landlords have agreed to reduce rent to help Cineworld get through these tougher times!

Anything is possible if they can restructure their debt.

We really need to break this 6p mark! Hopefully good volume in the morning should help us break this! An RNS about the sucess of Cinema Day or something else positive should push this well above 7p! GLA

It is very similar to last Wednesday we spent all afternoon trying to break 3p and then at 16:00 it went from 2.84p to over 3p and we ended up closing 3.24p - hopefully we will get a similar push today from 16:00 and get over this 6p mark!
