AZ synthesizing SRA737 and testing it conjunction with Wee1\ATR with low dose chemo and Prexasertib - Thoth mentioned Wee1 years ago and said that we would fit in well with AZ's DDR program. SLFN11 is a biomarker. Presence indicates dna damage of the target\cancer. Lack of this indicates the drugs are not working as well as they could be but can then be augmented with Wee1\Chk1. Dual or triple therapy cancer therapeutics will be the future and this shows that Chk1 could play a big part in that.
