Thanks Tester, was going to do the same analysis myself, though know little about GGP.
The undervaluation of CNR could well be life-changing for some on this board, on a 3-4 year view.
We've been at £2 (or equivalent) here on two previous occasions (albeit smaller mcap at the times); similar and higher can be expected before too much longer. Given the stage of development of CNR's assets, the newsflow expected soon to confirm all this and potential Au price of $3000 during 2021, this should be trading well above that level within the next 12 months.
In 3-4 years time, the £15-28 valuations are not outrageous numbers. As we know, in gold bull markets, what used to be tiddler companies can - and some always do - rise 1,000s of %.
