The purchase of Cieco E&P UK from Itochu does not include a stake in the Verbier discovery inthe outer forth.
I believe there are two entities Cieco E&P & Cieco V&C UK.
The latter that holds the 12% Stake in the Licence.

I gathered that and that's why I didn't post it on here and give him some fame ( LOL )
