I'm in the same boat but always make mistakes by not taking profit.
Had holdings only 4 weeks ago with profits of £4k - £6k and now wiped out and in negative territory.
I don't blame anyone these day's who sell out on 10-20% gains as from now on I'll be doing the same.

We are certainly in a bear marker currently but this can give some good opportunities in some stocks but picking the right ones is pretty difficult
