This is probably the 4th time in the past 6 months this share has risen on no news, and what happens next? It goes back down. Nice to see it going up but would be nicer to see that red dot before you all get overly excited....

I’m not one to jump on a ramping bandwagon but this one trade is very peculiar. Could it be the code for an upcoming RNS? Regardless I still can’t fathom how it’s possible that MMs know the news before the company has released it. I don’t see where the benefit is for the company. Either way, interesting....

Still find it hilarious that half of you start to get overly excited about a 1% jump and then get so depressed when it goes down. For the hundredth time this is going DOWN until news arrives. We are all here for the long term, and if you arent then this isnt the share for you. News WILL arrive and when it does we will be happy but unless there is an RNS this will go down to 7p ish which means top up time.

Agreed you can probably make money, i.e. when the Times news dropped you could have bought prior and sold at 12p. However, for lazier people/inexperienced people like me I would rather just sit back, relax and wait for the RNS's to drop. Until then the lower this goes, the lower my average becomes with my top ups so its a win win. Patience is key.

You lot are baffling. Constantly trading this daily thinking this is going to rally and rise. How many times has this happened to this share, it goes up on potential news, no news gets released and it goes back down to around 7.5p. This is not AIM, you don't trade this on a daily expecting a rise from nowhere. We are avoiding twitter ramping gangs which is good. This is behaving like a NORMAL share, there is a seller and we know who that is, therefore the share price is going down on no news. Until that news arrives, NOTHING IS GOING TO HAPPEN AND IF IT DOES IT WILL JUST SLOWLY GO BACK DOWN. It's really not hard to understand and i'm a complete novice.

This is a great summary. Too much rubbish on this board just wait for the news ffs! Most of us are here for the long term anyway. And regarding the seller, if this goes below ten it just means I top up. It’s a win win

Indeed however I don’t think this will go down the stand alone route. Currently patient numbers are very low, efficacy isn’t being analysed as a primary end point nor is progression free survival (need a full phase three trial) and this looks like being after other treatment and not first line therefore it’s inclusion of ECOG PS 0 and 1 is limiting as not many patient will be fit at the late stage that’s why I think combo therapy with one of the big boys makes sense to me

The others I mentioned all have PD1/PDL1 inhibitors by the way. Atezolizumab Roche, pembrolizumab Merk, nivolumab BMS, durvalumab AZ

IMO regarding immunotherapy, you have one of four main partners, Roche, Merk, Astra Zeneca or BMS. You combine the drug with a PD1/PDL1 inhibitor and you do a phase1b or phase 3 trial. This will rise on the news of a partner and you don’t need to wait for trial results. Turning a tumour from cold to hot is the main take home for me, increase in PDL1 expression means your checkpoint inhibitor will work better

I have a PhD in immunology, the drug is incredible don’t get me wrong, but there are far more complexities involved in cance and the tumour microenvironment, but this is definitely NOT a cure but a good step forward and will be interesting to see it in combination with PDL1/PD1 inhibitors
